This architect-designed country house is set in its own fenced and gated grounds with fabulous views over Stafilos Bay across the Aegean to Evia and beyond. The nearest neighbour is the owner's house 150m away. The property is set within a Natura 2000 area, the EU-wide ecological network of conservation areas that aim to maintain and restore endangered habitats and species. The house has been inspected, approved and granted a license by EOT - the Greek National Tourist Organisation(MHTE 0756K123K0382701). There is fast WiFi internet access in and around the house.

We stayed sixteen nights in this wonderfully relaxing villa. The views are stupendous and you are guaranteed absolute privacy and peace and quiet at all times of the day and night. Perfectly located for getting into Skopelos town and around the island. Good local beach at Stafilos. Would say a hire car is advisable.

Run by Kaiti who speaks excellent English and is absolutely charming and couldn't do enough for us.

Thoroughly recommended.

Simply wonderful!

Very good location with superb views; the house itself is impeccable, wonderfully decorated and equipped with everything you would think of. Our host was always helpful, providing us information regarding ferries, helping us with ferry booking, indicating us places to visit. I highly recommend this place for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Beach : Stafylos at 700 Metres Car: recommended

Coast/Beach:

Walking distances - about 10 min walk - 700m to Stafilos and Velanio beaches. All the island's beaches are easy driving distance - Agnontas is just 5min away, Limnonari another couple of minutes and then an extra 10min or so to Panormos and then on to Milia.

Travel:

Nearest airport is Skiathos and then a 45 min ferry ride across to Skopelos. You will be met at the port and taken to the property. To make the best of your time we strongly recommend you hire a vehicle. We can make suggestions if you wish.

Distances:

Skopelos town is just 5km away and Stafilos 500m. There are supermarkets and tavernas within 1km.

  • Outside: The house is situated in one of the most beautiful and private parts of the island. It is reached through a well maintained road just under 500m long through the forest. As you enter the grounds you see for the first time the wonderful views across the Aegean. The house is surrounded by almond and olive trees and you are free to walk where you will over the private grounds. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels - except beach towels - and linen is provided and changed every third day.
