This immaculately clean and tastefully furnished luxury 2-bedroom bungalow is in a prime location, large corner plot overlooking the well kept communal pool has everything you need for a home from home holiday in the sun.
The bungalow is in a quiet residential area close to all amenities. Accommodating a maximum of 6 people, in a one double master bedroom with en-suite, full size twin bedded 2nd bedroom, separate bathroom, integrated kitchen, dining area and lounge.
The lounge and bedrooms have cold and warm air conditioning for your added comfort plus electric wall heaters. The kitchen has all essential appliances including a washing machine and dishwasher and the lounge has a large sofa bed, flat- screen LED TV with freeview, DVD and iPod station and WiFi access.
Guests can enjoy the choice of relaxing on the large front terrace or sunbathing on the spacious rooftop solarium which has balustrades giving extra privacy and safety with full visibility of the pool for peace of mind for parents.
The bungalow is situated directly facing the communal garden and large swimming pool with shallow area for smaller children. Sunshades are permanent features within the communal area to provide shade when required.
Justine and Ian have been the proud owners since new, and invest year on year in improving the already exceptional high standard of the property.
Justine and Ian have been very proud owners of this villa since it was built in 2004. We both work hard all year round and look forward to spending our family holidays over in Spain, chilling round the pool, playing on the beaches or just going out in the car to discover more wonderful places to visit.
We both love socialising, eating and having a few cheeky beers with our friends at home and abroad.

We found this little haven back end of 2003 and fell in love with it's location, the privacy and the sheer size of the pool for such a small complex. We completed early 2004 and go out several times a year and have never once tired of the place or the people!!
Like most people, we live a hundred miles an hour at home, but as soon as the taxi picks us up to go to the airport we both totally just switch off from the day to day stresses. We know that the villa will have been well looked after in our absence, we feel secure if our children are playing out as it's a gated complex, we have everything we need for a wonderful, relaxing holiday, or as relaxing as it can be with 2 children!!
Plus love the fact that most of the restaurants are now offering 2 courses for €10 and this usually includes a drink.
It's my 4th year this year, really looking forward to going back again with my sons and seeing what else you have done to the place. The villa is always so well kept and maintained just like the rest of the community. People are really friendly too.
Can't believe how much it has changed since we went 2 years ago, def want to book again next June. We had a fab time with family, wasn't too hot for the baby and the eldest loved the beaches!!

We have just stayed in this lovely bungalow for 4 months this winter. Tastefully decorated, it has everything you need for a relaxing long holiday. The bungalow and complex is spotlessly clean. The neighbours and key holders Andy and Jan are friendly & helpful if you need any advice. Justine & Ian were a pleasure to deal with, answering any queries quickly. We will be wintering here again this year and would really recommend a stay here.

We stayed in the apartment for 3 months and best part were the location and access to pool. If you have kids you'll want direct sight and easy access to large pool area. Just open the gate and you are there. Apartment was clean and had a good terrace facilities. Roof terrace is nice but we ended up using the front terrace in 90% of the time.
Complex is quiet (note we stayed in non-holiday season, so this may not apply in July/August) and most all-year residents a senior citizens.
Apartment has a good lay-out and all the amenities you need in short or longer stay. They even have their own gardener that comes about once a week to wet the plants and takes care of cutting the fences.
All the communications were good and local keyholding service and help when need was available very very easily, so you have a person to ask in case lights go out or something does not work. It really gives you a sense of security and makes your stay more comfortable.
All in all highly recommended.

Bars and resturants are plentiful in the local area and we can recommend several of the resturants in Playa Flamenca CC.
