This immaculately clean and tastefully furnished luxury 2-bedroom bungalow is in a prime location, large corner plot overlooking the well kept communal pool has everything you need for a home from home holiday in the sun.

The bungalow is in a quiet residential area close to all amenities. Accommodating a maximum of 6 people, in a one double master bedroom with en-suite, full size twin bedded 2nd bedroom, separate bathroom, integrated kitchen, dining area and lounge.

The lounge and bedrooms have cold and warm air conditioning for your added comfort plus electric wall heaters. The kitchen has all essential appliances including a washing machine and dishwasher and the lounge has a large sofa bed, flat- screen LED TV with freeview, DVD and iPod station and WiFi access.

Guests can enjoy the choice of relaxing on the large front terrace or sunbathing on the spacious rooftop solarium which has balustrades giving extra privacy and safety with full visibility of the pool for peace of mind for parents.

The bungalow is situated directly facing the communal garden and large swimming pool with shallow area for smaller children. Sunshades are permanent features within the communal area to provide shade when required.

Justine and Ian have been the proud owners since new, and invest year on year in improving the already exceptional high standard of the property.

About Justine & Ian

Justine and Ian have been very proud owners of this villa since it was built in 2004. We both work hard all year round and look forward to spending our family holidays over in Spain, chilling round the pool, playing on the beaches or just going out in the car to discover more wonderful places to visit.

We both love socialising, eating and having a few cheeky beers with our friends at home and abroad.

Justine & Ian purchased this bungalow in 2004

Why Justine & Ian chose Orihuela Area

We found this little haven back end of 2003 and fell in love with it's location, the privacy and the sheer size of the pool for such a small complex. We completed early 2004 and go out several times a year and have never once tired of the place or the people!!

What makes this bungalow unique

Like most people, we live a hundred miles an hour at home, but as soon as the taxi picks us up to go to the airport we both totally just switch off from the day to day stresses. We know that the villa will have been well looked after in our absence, we feel secure if our children are playing out as it's a gated complex, we have everything we need for a wonderful, relaxing holiday, or as relaxing as it can be with 2 children!!

Plus love the fact that most of the restaurants are now offering 2 courses for €10 and this usually includes a drink.

I know we are the owners of property so rather biased about the place, but we just wanted to say it's an absolute pleasure to go over to our little place in the sun a couple of times a year with the family and read all the lovely comments that our guests have put in our guest book.



We never tire of the complex, which is like it's own little oasis. Plenty of lovely restaurants and bars within walking distance. Our family love having a go at the Crazy Golf but confess it always ends up with someone cheating and a little family domestic :-)



The coastline is wonderful, we always save our left over bread from lunchtime to take to the beach so we can feed the fish. Great snorkeling nearby and golf.

Excellent suntrap for those cooler months when you still want to get a few rays.

Great communication with owner and key holders. Outstanding information about house, area and things to do.

Apartment was very nicely decorated, modern and clean. Memory foam mattress in the master bedroom was lovely. Nice and big sun terrace, and spacious outdoor area. Very quiet at night, a bit more hectic around the pool during the day. We went to the beach most days. A lovely holiday altogether.

Little Piece of Heaven

Thank you Justine your bungalow is truly gorgeous and so well looked after by Jan & Andy.

We will definitely be booking again it truly is a Home from Home.

We are also thinking of buying a property out in Playa Flamenca and would definitely buy a bungalow in your area should one come up as it is so peaceful and a beautiful complex.

Great stay

We have just stayed in this lovely bungalow for 4 months this winter. Tastefully decorated, it has everything you need for a relaxing long holiday. The bungalow and complex is spotlessly clean. The neighbours and key holders Andy and Jan are friendly & helpful if you need any advice. Justine & Ian were a pleasure to deal with, answering any queries quickly. We will be wintering here again this year and would really recommend a stay here.

Great Bungalow

A great holiday bungalow, very comfortable and immaculately clean.

Jan and Andy, key holders next door are very helpful.

The pool, which is directly in front of the property is very good as is the lawned area which is great for relaxing.

Justine was excellent to deal with.

Car: recommended

Coast/Beach:

Only 20 mins stroll to the local sandy beach Playa Flamenca, but many many more within a short drive all the way down the beautiful sandy Orihuela Costa.

Travel:

20 mins drive from Murcia airport, and 40 mins from Alicante. Car hire is recommended or transport can be arranged to and from the airport, we can also provide you with contact details for a local taxi.

Distances:

Main commercial centre is 5/10 mins walk, nearerst shop 5 mins walk, nearest large supermarket approx 15 mins walk, 20 mins to local beach. Nearest bar / restaurants 5 mins walk, local infamous Saturday market 15 mins walk. Cash machine 5 mins walk, various banks within a small drive.
