This immaculately clean and tastefully furnished luxury 2-bedroom bungalow is in a prime location, large corner plot overlooking the well kept communal pool has everything you need for a home from home holiday in the sun.

The bungalow is in a quiet residential area close to all amenities. Accommodating 4 people, in a one double master bedroom with en-suite, full size twin bedded 2nd bedroom, separate bathroom, integrated kitchen, dining area and lounge.

The lounge and bedrooms have cold and warm air conditioning for your added comfort plus electric wall heaters. The kitchen has all essential appliances including a washing machine and dishwasher and the lounge has a large sofa , flat- screen smart TV , DVD and free WiFi access.

Guests can enjoy the choice of relaxing on the large front terrace or sunbathing on the spacious rooftop solarium which has balustrades giving extra privacy and safety with full visibility of the pool for peace of mind for parents.

The bungalow is situated directly facing the communal garden and large swimming pool with shallow area for smaller children. Sunshades are permanent features within the communal area to provide shade when required.

Justine and Ian have been the proud owners since new, and invest year on year in improving the already exceptional high standard of the property.

Great bungalow
We had a great weeks stay here. The bungalow has everything you need for self catering (even though we didn’t cook). Location is less than a 10 min walk to the nearest restaurants & bars in either direction. Pool area was lovely - always clean & plenty of room to grab a spot even if you came in the afternoon. The chairs provided were a great addition to the bungalow & the front patio was perfect for chilling Would definitely come back 😀

I was really surprised by the quality of the bungalow's surroundings and pool area the pictures dont do it any justice, there was a couple of hiccups but nothing major Hayden dealt with them swiftly. It would help if you drove, i dont so downloaded the supermarket app and had all my shopping delivered during my 2 week stay 🙃, there is a couple of good bars and restaurants less than 20mins away just ask the ex pats that live there it will save so much time. And the actual bungalow is just lovely could have stayed for another 2 weeks 😊

We had a great time in this nice apartment. well located and good communication with the owners and manager. The only thing I can complain about is the bed in the master bedroom is quite worn and could be bigger. Is it really time to replace it. Best regards Guðrún and Unnar

Lovely property in a quiet complex
We were very lucky to find this property at short notice. It is very clean and well equipped. The best aspect on the complex as it gets the sun all day. The owner and property manager were easy to contact and quick to respond to queries. We hope to return in the future.

We both work hard all year round and look forward to spending our family holidays over in Spain, chilling round the pool, playing on the beaches or just going out in the car to discover more wonderful places to visit.
We both love socialising, eating and having a few cheeky beers with our friends at home and abroad.

Why they chose this property

We found this little haven back end of 2003 and fell in love with it's location, the privacy and the sheer size of the pool for such a small complex. We completed early 2004 and go out several times a year and have never once tired of the place or the people!!

What makes this property unique

Like most people, we live a hundred miles an hour at home, but as soon as the taxi picks us up to go to the airport we both totally just switch off from the day to day stresses. We know that the villa will have been well looked after in our absence, we feel secure if our children are playing out as it's a gated complex, we have everything we need for a wonderful, relaxing holiday, or as relaxing as it can be with 2 children!!
Plus love the fact that most of the restaurants are now offering 2 courses for €10 and this usually includes a drink.
