There are 3 bedrooms,1 Master double bedroom with en-suite with sea views, 1 double with sea views and 1 twin bedroom with garden views, sharing another bathroom with shower, all with wardrobes/bedside tables, lamps etc. Large open plan lounge/ kitchen/ dining area with a sofa bed corner unit (double if required) and arm chairs with sea/mountain views. Fully equipped kitchen with 4 burner gas hob and electric oven, large fridge/freezer and microwave. Washing machine available for use if required. Surrounded by gardens with exotic plants and palms. Large flat screen TV with dvd player and multiple English channels. Air conditioning hot and cold. See photos.

Situated on the coast, approx. 200m above sea level, between Benidorm, Altea, Calpe and Moraira to the south, Javea, Denia, Gandia to the north. Giving spectacular views in all directions. Located in possibly the most beautiful part of Spain with easy access by car to lots of fantastic areas/ towns and cities. There are many Festivals/ Fiestas and local activities for you to visit throughout the year in the local area. The weather is great at all times of the year. Spectacular views of the sea/ coast/ mountains to the south of the property, south westerly aspect, you can get some great sunsets. Large off road parking area with bar-b-q area.

Superb location and accomadation

What can I say but absolutely brilliant. We stayed in this area many times before but this was one of the best. The views where spectacular where we could see Moriaria and Calpe. The ground floor apartment is modern and spacious with air conditioning in most rooms. The pool was great and got the full of the sun from mid morning to late in the evening leaving it at about 28c. Thanks to owners Mick and Ann who extremely accomadating with a welcome pack on arrival and very helpful with anything else that was required. Definitely would stay here again

We bought this property to retire to and enjoy this beautiful area of Spain. We think it is a perfect place to rest and relax in the tranquil surroundings. It is our dream property in a dream location. It is close to lots of activity if you want it or quiet and peaceful when you don't.

An upmarket area with harbours and coves to explore to Benidorm and its fun factor beaches and shop. Many activities can be undertaken from the beach/sea activities including jet skis, water skiing and floating fun play areas to mountain climbing, cycling, walking, riding, etc Outside: Private 10x5m Swimming Pool (0.5m to 2m deep)(thermal pool cover) with built in seating ledge over looking the views, with adjacent tiled sun terrace.
