Penthouse Apartment in Ell Valle Golf Resort, Murcia, Spain - Beautiful Location Set On The Luxurious Resort Of Elle Valle Golf Resort

The apartment has been equipped and furnished to a very high standard and includes everything you will need. Fully fitted integrated kitchen, two bedrooms one with private terrace and both with fitted wardrobes, lounge area, bathroom with jacuzzi bath and air-con throughout. Free sat channels will be available by summer 2011 and there are free movies and comedy programmes etc on the multimedia player. The apartment benefits from being amongst the largest of the apartments on El Valle (78sq.m) and, being south facing, benefits from sun most of the day. The two sun terraces provide lounge areas / dining areas and overlook the 18th green of the championship golf course, communal pool and are furnished with bespoke furniture ideal for spending the evening entertaining and al fresco dining. It is centrally located on the resort and close to the supermarket, restaurants and club house.

Just returned home from our 5th stay at this fabulous apartment, we have also booked again for later this year, we love the area of Murcia and it is always like coming home when we return to the apartment, very comfortable amazing views from the balcony, UK tv Internet and a very modern apartment with comfortable beds. If you wish to visit this area (car is a must to explore this wonderful area of Spain) you could do no better than to stay in this Apartment .

Supurb Apartment

Just retuned from a 10 day stay in this apartment. Could not have been better located on the resort overlooking 18th green even though we are non golfers. Adjacent to the club house and Spar supermarket with lift access, this apartment has modern furnishings with generous balcony and has very quiet and efficient air conditioning ensuring a good nights sleep. The restaurant and club house bar are excellent and the communal pool can be seen from the balcony. In summary if you are looking for a relaxing break with all the mod cons then this is definitely worth a visit.

Ell Valle apartment

We have just spent 8 weeks in the penthouse apartment in Ell Valle, we had a great time, the space on the balcony is fab with the view over the 18th green, we are not golfers but enjoyed watching, i even learned a bit about the game. The club house, spar shop and pool are very close, the apartment is serviced by a lift for easy access.

We did have a car for the 8 weeks, the area of Murcia has alot to offer from City to sea, i think the road network is really good, the National park area is a must see. We are going to be returning next year, Thank you Richard.
