The double bedroom is spacious with ample wardrobe and drawer space and a safe for your money,passport etc.
The bathroom has an immaculate finish with bath, overhead shower sink and bidet. A hair dryer is also provided.
The fitted kitchen has been finished to a high standard and includes an oven and hob with 4 gas rings, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster iron and ironing board. There is an extensive array of utensils plus a central vacuuming system.
The living area has a sofabed and reclining chair with a coffee table and matching unit. There is a dining table and 4 chairs.
There is an LCD television with digital satellite receiver so you can also receive English Channels such as BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4 etc. DVD player and radio with ipod attachment.
Both the living and bedrooms areas have patio doors leading onto a large balcony with patio table and 4 chairs.Transfers, welcome pack, cot and internet access also available at an extra cost.

Local bus - 5 -10 minutes.

The are other fabulous beaches in Albufeira and right across the Algarve for you to explore.
The nearest airport is Faro and is approximately a 30 minute drive to the apartments. Car hire and Taxis are available at the airport. Airport pick ups can be arranged if requested. As the apartments are centrally located to many of the local attractions car hire is not essential. If however you wish to explore the Algarve further then car hire is available at very reasonable rates.
The local bus service is is very efficient and reliable if you do not want to drive or use taxis.

Beach - 15 minute walk.
Old Town/Marina - 15 minute walk.
Vilamoura/Marina - 15 minute drive.

- Booking Notes:
A Deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure the booking.
Balance due 9 weeks prior to arrival date or in full at time of booking if arrival date is within this period.
A security deposit of £200 is required upon your arrival. This will be refunded to you 2 weeks after you return less any monies due to any damaged property.
Should you cancel your booking written notification to be received from the person who made the booking.
No refunds are given for cancellations.
Changeover day is flexible.
Accommodation is reserved from 4pm on the day of arrival. On the morning of departure guests are asked to vacate the apartments by 10.00am to allow the cleaners time to prepare the property for the next arrivals.

- Notes on accommodation: Apartments are reserved exclusively for the people named on the booking. No other persons are permitted to stay at the accommodation unless this has been agreed in writing and the appropriate payments made. Airport transfers, cot and internet access are available at an extra cost. Also welcome packs including milk, water, bread, 6 small beers, bread and cheese are available at a cost of 20 Euros. A representative will meet and greet you at the apartment upon your arrival and will be available during your stay to deal with any emergencies or urgent queries. Please note pool/beach towels are not provided, guests must provide their own pool/beach towels. Weekly rates are inclusive of utility charges. Outside: The apartment has a large balcony which overlooks the adults and childrens pools. On the balcony there is a large patio table and 4 chairs. There are electric shutters on the patio doors to both the bedroom and living area. The pools are surrounded by a paved sunbathing area scattered with sun loungers. There are beautiful landscaped gardens with a mini orchard where you can pick lemons or oranges for those ice cold holiday drinks. There is an underground carpark and also ample parking space to the rear of the apartments. It is a gated complex with access only by key pad therefore ensuring privacy and security during your stay.
