Large, modern and comfortable villa in the exclusive residential area of El Rosario. The villa has a large sunny terrace, big matured/lush tropical garden, is surrounded with fruit and palm trees and has its own private angular pool and sauna for total relaxation. The villa is very well situated near the best sandy beach of Marbella which is a 15 minutes walk, 6 km away from the center of Marbella and La Canada for some great shopping, 3 km away from the famous Nicky Beach to lounge in style and a 10 minute drive from Puerto Banus to stroll along this well-known harbour and admire the spectacular shops and yachts to top it all up. This residential area has several facilities such as a supermarket, bakery, bars, restaurants, tennis center, kids play area and its own urbanisation security all within a 200m walk. There is about 5 golf courses in a 5 minute drive such as Marbella Golf and Country club, Santa Clara, Santa Maria, Rio Real, Cabo Pino. The airport is a 30 minutes drive.

Prior to making any payment, please call me to speak personally to me at 00351917161608 to make sure you are not involved with a fraudulent party. We wanted to wish you a lovely stay and hope you enjoy the garden, house and area as much as we always have done. When we bought our house we had no children and spent most of our time working in the garden. In 1999 our daughter Naomi was born and 2 years later Sasha arrived and they had some great times playing with their friends, organizing their birthday parties and going over to the neighbors Beatrice, Paula, Alexandra and Jordan. We moved to the Algarve in May and hope to visit Marbella now and than making sure the house keeps its standards and great family feel. Barre and Karin de Groot

We arrived in March and a welcome bottle of wine was out first pleasant surprise. the villa was so much more lovely than the pictures we had seen.

The villa manager got us some wood, the house is ideal for a family, well equipped much better than other villa's we stayed in, house was cosy and easy to keep it warm, we had some chilly days in rely March.

There was a pram, baby cot and little gate all upon arrival, we will definitely be back

We always loved El rosario, an established upmarket area fell in love with the garden, the spanish character and open style of the villa. Being in a residential area with all facilities in proximity makes life easy.

A 15 minutes walk or 3-5 minutes drive to the best sandy beaches in Marbella.

"Bono" Beach and "Nicky" beach within 3-5 minutes drive. Some lovely beach bars and restaurants nearby such as Hippopotamus, "te quiero ver" typical Spanish food, Los Monteros "la cabana", los Canos, etc.


Malaga airport is 30 minutes away. Hiring a car hire to explore the area is, but the buss stop is 200 m away. Marbella city with its lovely promenada and "orange square" is 5 minutes by car and another 5 minutes to get to Puerto Banus. Gibraltar is 50 minutes away. Sotogrande and Valdorama 30 minutes.


Malaga centre with the Picasso museum 40 minutes. Puerto Banus 10 minutes away. Mijas 20 minutes away. Gibraltar 50 minutes away. Granada 90 minutes.

For July and August bookings a 50% deposit is required and the total balance 8 weeks in advance. The keys can be collected at El Rosario at the entrance (details to be supplied at time of booking).

The amazing feel good factor. It is situated in a prestigious development of Marbella with its own security near Hippopotomous beach and the famous Nicky Beach and Bono beach. The terrace is 250m spacious and sunny with a covered area to sit in the shade. A barbecue, big dining table and 4 sundeck chairs are available. The pool is angular and has small steps ideal for elderly people and kids. The sauna and pool are both private. Utility Room: Washing machine and dryer and lots of space for storage. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included and weekly changed. The property is cleaned prior to your stay and during your stay at an extra charge directly to be paid to the maid.
