The property is located in a typical Spanish town which has one of the best sandy beaches in Spain and a variety of restaurants, bars, shops & supermarkets, with some of them a 5 min walk from the property.
Perfect place for relaxed holiday for families with young children as its fully equipped for children of any age (please read our feedbacks).
The apartment is also close to the bustling commercial centre HABANERAS with its many shops, cafés, restaurants, bars & children play area, as well as the adjacent Carrefour hyper supermarket. There is also an excellent street market every Friday and Sunday!
In the centre of Torrevieja (5 min drive) it has a COSMOPOLITAN SEAFRONT with beautiful sea view and various restaurants (El Muelle is one of our favorite one), bars, street market and a great amusement area which is perfect for kids and adults. There are also parks, craft markets, an aqua park, casino, several night clubs, amusements areas and Go Karts nearby.

1.We booked Isabella property, after a last minute decision to travel to Torrevieja at the latter part of Oct and we were glad we did. From the initial emails to Zhanna enquiring about availability to getting on the plan to return home we were extremely pleased our booking. When we initially emailed Zhanna, we got prompt and informative and friendly replies, not having to wait 2 -3 days for a reply from other rentals. This was extremely important obviously due to the lateness of the booking. We were quickly whisked away from Alicante airport, straight to Arco Med and within 45 minutes of landing we were in what would be our home for the next week. I choose the word home carefully, as this is exactly what Isabella is made to feel like. We have stayed in a few holiday rentals and although they have been fine, they always feel very impersonal and a little too “functional” to feel truly comfortable in.
All in all we had a great time, due largely to where we stayed, so thank you Zhanna.

Nice place. Especially we loved the garden. The location near the city of Torrevieja was excellent. Only a short walk to the salt lakes. Owners were really helpful.
we all had a great time in torrevieja the apartment was really good plenty of space and all mod-cons the site was very secure and the pool was right on the doorstep gary and zhanna where very helpful with arranging a pick up from the airport which was a very nice lady called karen we where in the apartment within the hour the info gary gave us about the local area was good to have so all in all it was a great time and would recommend the apartment and the area to anyone looking for a good peaceful or on the go holiday

Together with many entertainment areas in the Costa Blanca region (Orihuela Costa, La Flamenco, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and sea front) there is Marina of Torrevieja which is a short walk from main amusement area in the centre is a very beautiful place to visit during the day and night - it has stunning views of the marina and the adjacent beach with beautiful boats. There are many stylish bars and restaurants with night disco on the terrace.
Beautiful beaches of La Mata and Azul is only 2 mins drive, 10-15 mins walk.
Car available to rent with pick ups to and from airports. 35 - 40 minutes from Alicante or Murcia airport. Buses to all local towns, just 2 minutes outside apartments.
5 - 10 min drive to centre of Torrevieja with several beaches, seafront area, shops, markets and lots of bars and restaurants and amusement centre.
5 min drive to Habaneras commercial centre (lots of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes)
5 min drive to Orihuela Costa (many tourist bar, shops and restaurants)
2 min drive to Aqua Park
5 min walk to local shops, supermarket, bars, restaurants, pizzeria with children’s indoor play area and pharmacy.
