This beautiful house is right in the city centre, but once inside you can enjoy the tranquility and spacious feel of this end-of-terrace Victorian home. While still retaining its original charm, the house has many quirky features including a display of antique typewriters and first-aid cabinets, furniture made from reclaimed scaffold and some stunning artwork. The banisters have been replaced with glass throughout, giving the house a more roomy and modern feel. Decorated in mainly monotones, the stylish interior would appeal to anyone wanting to experience something very British but slightly different. This property is suitable for both families and sharers who want to experience life in Brighton without needing endless taxis. Everything you need is in walking distance including the main shopping mall Churchill Square, the Pier and the beach. My partner and I rented the house with a group of friends (including my friend's little boy) to celebrate my Birthday - the house would be suitable for both families and groups of friends. The property was stylishly furnished, with comfortable beds and all the modern conveniences you could want, including good bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen which we used for cooking, the dining area was very pleasant. Would definitely stay here again."

Great Funky Accommodation

Had a great time and the accommodation was lovely.

Would say that 12 persons makes it a tight squeeze in the bedrooms and around the dining table.

Would suggest max comfortable capacity would be no more then 9/10

In saying that house is fun and creative and the team were so very helpful with the location being really suitable.

Stunning property and great location

We were all gobsmacked how amazing it truly was. Everything you need is available including condiments, cds, hair straighteners and sky TV. Funky decor and quirky touches everywhere. The location is fantastic. Could not be faulted. Thankyou. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for a hen do. Spacious rooms with lots of character.

Lots of extra touches like the docking stations, extra toiletries, towels provided.

House is right in the centre and if your driving able to pay for permits to park outside the house. Highly recommend for a girly weekend

Fab short break

We stayed here as a family of 4, for just 3 nights and obviously it was very spacious for us. Loved the decor, the quirky furniture, ipod docks, smart TVs, whirlpool bath, great showers, etc.

Location was perfect for walking to anywhere in central Brighton - beach, pier, the eye, pavillion, theatres, restaurants, shops, The Lanes, and more. Bought parking permits from owner and left the car outside the house for most of the week, except when the girls went horseriding on the downs.

Comfortable and fun

A great , centrally located property with plenty of room for our family of three adults and three young children .

Everything we needed for our four day stay was within fairly easy walking distance : the beach, supermarkets, playground and shops , including our favourite North Laine area.

Jo and Nathan were very friendly and helpful, including posting back to us one of my granddaughter's favourite dolls that we inadvertently left behind .

The property was clean and comfortable throughout . There was a bit of intrusive noise from the nearby bar at night , but actually the place was pretty quiet and felt very private.

I would certainly recommend the place to anyone wanting to stay in Brighton. I think the property is particularly well suited to a small group of friends as the space lends itself to being sociable !

As with anywhere in Brighton, car parking needs planning ahead of time but we didn't find it too difficult to organise .
