Old hands at holidaying in France we thought we knew it all & have been bound over by discovering the Tarn et Garonne. We love it here & our enjoyment has been complete with staying in your lovely, comfortable & well-appointed gite. Discovering our second Little Haven

  • 5 of 5

We arrived at Sue and Trevor's cottage at the beginning of June 2015 staying in Acacia for 8 nights. The cottage was delightfully situated in a truly tranquil setting.Trevor and Sue had renovated and furnished the cottage to a high standard and it was equipped with everything that was needed. Sue was very welcoming on our arrival and both Trevor and Sue were on hand if anything was needed and more than ready to make the holiday as enjoyable as possible. We had a great time exploring the area and visited several places of interest . The pool was ideal and refreshments were available if needed.....we thoroughly enjoyed the Magnums !!! Thanks Sue and Trevor we are thrilled to have discovered your little haven and would be more than ready to recommend Acacia to anyone. Kind regards Hilary and Robert

Truly outstanding!

  • 5 of 5

A wonderful and relaxing place to holiday, Acacia Cottage has been beautifully renovated and decorated; it is, in every single way, the best place we have ever stayed in. Having rented many different holiday homes, gites and cottages in a variety of countries across Europe, none of them even come close to the outstanding standards of Acacia Cottage. The attention to detail in the way the cottage is presented and equipped is astonishing - Sue and Trev really have thought of absolutely everything! Even before arriving, we had been so impressed with the way Sue ran the booking process and we were delighted to discover that everything was equally well organised when we got there; nothing had been left to chance. Sue and Trev were the perfect hosts - friendly and welcoming, without ever being intrusive, and a delight to chat to. Acacia Cottage is the benchmark against which all other gites should be judged - I would love to say more, but I have run out of superlatives! Congratulations Sue & Trev, you have created a truly special place - thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Fantastic quality cottages!!

  • 5 of 5

We cannot congratulate Sue and Trevor enough on the fantastic job they have done renovating these two beautiful cottages. Everthing has been finished to the highest standard, with complete attention to detail, being clean, modern and fully equipped whilst at the same time retaining many of the building's quirky historical features. Sue and Trevor have even added that extra touch with an interesting written and photographical summary of the history of the buildings.

We were made to feel completely at home and nothing was too much trouble for them.

The cottages are located in a beautiful part of France, with stunning views of the valley from the swimming pool area. You are within easy reach of the many picturesque villages and towns of this region - Cordes sur Ciel being our personal favourite.

We would definately recommend these cottages without any hesitation and would certainly re-book if planning to visit this area again.

Excellent accommodation, friendly owners

  • 5 of 5

Hat's off to Sue and Trevor. The gite was excellent, full of character but with all the mod cons and the quality of a 5 star hotel. Set in a rural hamlet just outside of the picturesque town of Laguepie, the location gave us the peace and quiet we wanted but within easy reach of shops and amenities and places to visit. The pool area was beautifully built with lovely views. Highly recommend, one of the best (if not the best) gites we've rented. Thanks Sue & Trevor
