(lift doors 70cm wide) Lovely gardens, 2 large swimming pools with numerous sun loungers (no charge) and underground, private parking. Situated minutes from the marina of Vilamoura. Shops, banks, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and nightlife and all easy walking distance. Beach, tennis and 5 golf courses all very close by. Health Centre and Pharmacy across the road! Free Wifi, excellent speed!

About the Owner

I have a passion for the Algarve - its climate, its people, its food and wine and its stunning physical appearance, both inland and at the coast. Fortunate enough to have holidayed here for many, many years I now genuinely want to share my property and my experience with my clients.

I have a strong desire to make everything as comfortable and as perfect as possible. It is very important to me that every visitor feels at home, is comfortable and can relax and enjoy their well deserved holiday. Living 20 minutes away I am always available to answer questions either about the property or the local area.

Its stunning location with magnificent sea and marina views in the award winning resort of Vilamoura where amenities, nightlife and ease of accessibility are compelling. Set in wide spacious lovely gardens with two large swimming pools and ample area to relax and sunbathe. All sports are close by - tennis, golf, water sports, beach sports and more. Just the perfect location to enjoy and experience the beautiful Algarve!

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

Famous Falesia Beach 10 minutes walk (3-4 minutes drive) from the apartment, with extensive sandy beach and numerous beach cafes and restaurants.

Travel:

Faro Airport is 20 minutes drive away. Taxis are plentiful and car hire companies both on and off airport.

The Marina is a short 5 minute stroll, the beach of Falesia 15 minute walk or 3 minutes by car (there is parking there) and the Golf courses 5-10 mins drive.

Distances:

All amenities are walking distance from the apartment. Banks, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and nightclubs.

The apartment has a large corner terrace which has outdoor dining, BBQ, occasional chairs and sun loungers. Sun loungers also provided by the pool at no charge. There is also a private balcony off the sliding doors of the Master double bedroom with sun lounger, chairs and table.
