This air conditioned duplex apartment, luxuriously appointed in every way, is on the 3rd floor, has stunning sea and Marina views, serviced by 2 lifts. (lift doors 70cm wide) Lovely gardens, large swimming pool and infant pool with numerous sun loungers (no charge). Situated 5-7 minutes walk from the marina of Vilamoura. Shops, banks, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and nightlife and all easy walking distance. Beach, tennis and 5 golf courses all very close by. Health Centre and Pharmacy across the road! Free Wifi, excellent speed and satellite TV with all Sports.

Notes on accommodation: 3 bedrooms, one is master double, 2 good sized twins which can be triples. Spacious with integrated fitted wardrobes, drawers and chest of drawers unit. There is a baby cot and baby chair provided. A baby high chair can also be provided, on request. Outside: Large beautiful gardens with 2 swimming pools. The apartment has a large corner terrace which has outdoor dining, BBQ, occasional chairs and sun loungers. Sun loungers also provided by the pool at no charge. There is also a private balcony off the sliding doors of the Master double bedroom with sun lounger, chairs and table. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bath towels, beach towels and bed linen are provided. Other: Entrance Hall with console table, lamp and integrated large wardrobe and storage space. All bedrooms have X Mini Capsule speaker.

£100 breakages deposit, refundable within 7 days after departure.

There is no preferred changeover day. Arrival time generally after 2pm, departure time around 10am.

Price is for the apartment, on a weekly basis. Air conditioning is £10 per person, per week.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
