Beautiful detached cottage, situated adjacent to the famous West Highland Way, 1 mile from the centre of the pretty Stirlingshire village of Killearn. Single storey bungalow with accommodation all on one level. Completely refurbished in 2011 to a luxurious standard. 2 bedrooms, one double, one twin with additional folding bed or cot as required. Modern bathroom including bath and shower, and under-floor heating. Lounge with open fire, free logs provided, TV/DVD etc. Fully fitted kitchen with washer/drier, dishwasher etc, and beautiful dining conservatory with lovely views over the surrounding fields. Peaceful rural location yet only 1 mile to local facilities. Great enclosed and large flat garden perfect for relaxing, playing with the kids or letting the dog roam. Patio furniture and barbeque available, plenty of parking for 2+ cars, and storage available for bikes etc.

A very luxurious property, so very comfortable to stay in, with all mod cons. Great private garden, perfect for relaxing in or playing with kids. Lovely walks right from the door, and lots of pubs and coffee shops within walking distance.
