I live in the United Kingdom with my husband and young son and after travelling extensively now spend most of our holiday time in Spain. We love spending time at our apartment in Spain when ever our work schedule permits.

The property is situated in one of the best locations within Mar Menor Golf and Spa resort, affording you privacy and security whilst benefiting from huge outdoor living areas, large pool and just five minute walk to all the amenities inc. Golf, driving range, clubhouse, gym, award winning spa, numerous bars, numerous restaurants, supermarket and residents communal pool and pool bars.

The town of Los Alcazares and the Mar Menor Sea are just a five minute drive away with the beach, beach bars and restaurants.

You can enjoy all the benefits of this fantastic modern resort with it's Golf, Spa and restaurants or drive to the local town of Los Alcazares to enjoy the beach, bars and restaurants serving snacks to beautiful local seafood and typical Spanish dishes from tapas to paella.

The property is ideally reached with flights from the UK to Alicante or San Javier airport.

What makes this apartment unique

New, modern, comfortable & just a short stroll (3 mins) to all facilities, situated in beautiful gardens and just twenty feet from your large pool. This property benefits from having one of the largest terraces on the resort. The terrace receives the sun from 11am to sunset so is perfect for sunbathing and eating alfresco. Being on the ground floor is perfect for those with young children. Families -Having a young son we have ensured the property is convenient for families so a travel cot & high chair are supplied and the pool is gated for security purposes.

The property has free wifi and satellite TV showing both UK and International Channels.

Golfers - Great location overlooking the water feature and 13th and 14th holes and less than 3 min walk to driving range, buggies and clubhouse. Tuition can be arranged from the club house.

You have numerous on site restaurants including Spanish, Italian, Sushi, International, American Diner, Steak House (BBQ), Indian and Bar Meals.

Had a great time, apartment was great, really clean & the fact is so close to the pool & short walk to the Hotel & shop was ideal for our boys as they were able to have a wander themselves.We have stayed in a variety of owners direct properties & having soap in the soap dispensers,dish washer tabs,washing up liquid & washing detergent were lovely touches. July 2012

The property features a huge terrace with modern contemporary eating and seating facilities just 20 feet from large swimming pool. Sun loungers are provided to enjoy the sun all day (11am to sunset). A second terrace is accessed from bedroom two. The pool is fully enclosed for child safety and perfect for cooling down or exercising. Relax in the landscaped gardens and communal grass areas to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and views over the lake 14th hole and 15th Tee. Absolutely fabulous apartment in a great location

We stayed at a superb ground floor apartment overlooking a wonderful lake and the communal pool was just metres away.

The apartment itself is fantastic, modern, clean, beautifully decorated, with a great attention to detail and very well maintained, would definitely recommend anyone to stay whether a couple or a family as it is very spacious and has everything you require for a relaxing holiday. The owners Bee & William were fantastic with their instructions and guidance, making our journey to the apartment a doddle, a bottle of Cava was also waiting for my partner as it was his 50th birthday whilst we were there. Overall we had a fantastic time & would highly recommend this apartment 😎?

Fabulous apartment in a perfect setting

Having rented many apartments throughout Europe, we have to say that Bee's spot on Mar Menor Golf Resort is as close to perfect as we've ever experienced.

Boasting an envious ground floor position right next to one of the shared pools, the living area flows seamlessly to the spacious covered terrace and on to the garden. We were amazed by the beauty, cleanliness and decor upon arrival.

The Mar Menor Golf complex is vast but secure and quiet, with the hotel facilities being first class and a pleasure to share. The staff are welcoming and all the restaurants are well worth a visit. We found everything to be reasonably prices compared to further down the coast which was a pleasant surprise.

Back to the accommodation - Bee and her housekeeper ensured everything was well prepared from the moment our enquiry started right through to arrival. We had no issues whatsoever and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this first class apartment.

Our 4 year old boy loved every minute and appreciated the toys, games and pool accessories provided. We felt completely at ease regarding his safety at all times.

A car is definitely required (sometimes just to tour the grounds!) as there is not much in the immediate vicinity, but this is by no means a quibble.

We'll be recommending this apartment to family and friends and hope to return soon!

Fab Apartment with huge terrace

Ideal sun setting retreat

The headline description of this property says it all. It overlooks three holes of the golf course surrounding a lake and has the sun almost all day. Al fresco dining on the large terrace was probably the highlight of our holiday closely followed by our early morning walks around the course.

The apartment has everything you could possibly want spacious, comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. Being a short walk to the complex centre but not too near was a big plus. The quality of the restaurants open at this time of year was not great but the Irish bar was very welcoming towards the weekend.

Communication and all dealings with Bee were spot on. As was the arranged welcoming pack which I am glad she suggested we take given the Easter limited shop opening hours.

If you like golf or merely want to relax away from it all then book this apartment.

Beautiful apartment

Really enjoyed our stay in this apartment, very clean, well maintained, with all amenities. It's in a lovely corner spot with a large veranda and pool only 20 feet away. 5 mins walk through the driving range to the hotel and supermarket. 15/20 mins walk to some great restaurants and bars. Paddle tennis courts 10 mins walk.

I would happily book another visit and will be recommending it to friends and family.

Fantastic apartment with stunning views!

We had a very relaxing stay in this modern, clean apartment which is furnished to a high standard. It is ideally located; a short walk to all the resort's facilities and a ground floor position that provides lots of space and clear views of the pool and golf course. This makes this extremely child friendly. It is also ideal for families with children because of the equipment it has including high chair, cot, a vast range of dvds, children's satellite channels and children's toys. The owners have been extremely helpful and prompt with all correspondence. We are already looking to book for next year!
