This is a spacious well presented 2 bedroom flat in the heart of Filey. Just a few minutes walk from miles of stunning sandy beach. With shops, take aways, restaurants, banks, butchers, bakers, cafes, pubs, supermarkets and more just minutes walk from the flat. A 18 hole golf course just a stroll away. The play park and boating lake is a lovely 5 minute walk through Fileys award winning gardens. The train station and bus station are with in easy walking distance.

We loved the flat ( I could live there)! You have provided everything. We really do want to go again and I am even thinking that I could stay there by myself while my husband is off cycling in Scotland. I am usually ready to come home where ever we have been but I was so relaxed that I felt like crying when we locked up.

Lovely holiday flat, excellent location

Had a lovely weeks holiday at this holiday flat. Décor is a little dated but everything was very clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was well equipped however we didn't do any cooking at all and preferred to go out to eat (we're on holiday after all!)

The best thing about this property is the excellent central location, right in the town centre. Parking is available at the Three Tuns pub next door, we paid £20 for a full weeks parking. There are numerous lovely cafes all within a few seconds stroll, we'd highly recommend "The Bistro" for amazing breakfasts and a warm welcome, and Inghams for fish and chips. The gorgeous sandy beach is a ten minute walk down the hill, walking back up was tiring but with all that exercise we didn't feel guilty about eating fish and chips and ice-cream daily!

Despite being in the centre of town and adjacent to two pubs, the area was very quiet at night, and we loved having a stroll down to the Coble Landing on an evening then having an easy walk back to our flat.

This is an excellent value property in an amazing location and we'd highly recommend it.

wish i could stay here all year . had a great holiday . flat was more than fabulous very clean and spacious , Hope to come back again next year . if we had more funds would definitely be back this year xx

This property is only a few minutes walk from miles of beautiful sandy beach. Also very close to Hunmanby gap, 2 miles Scarbrough 7 miles, Bridlington 10 miles.

Travel:

The nearest airport is Leeds Bradford 60 miles. There is a train station with in easy walking distance and a bus station.A car is not necessary as we are in the center of Filey.

Distances:

Also is close to Eden camp 22 miles, castle Howard 30 miles the north York moors 31 miles Flamingo land theme park 27 miles, York 41 miles. There really is a lot to do and see in this area.
