Townhouse in Pollenca, Mallorca, Balearic Islands - Very Quiet, But In The Old Town. A Few Paces From Calvario

The house is divided in two floors. Upstairs there is the garden, the front door, kitchen (owen, microwave, washing machine, glass-ceramic hob), living room and a toilet. Downstairs there are the two bedrooms and a renovated bathroom. The town has nice views to the mountains and is a few paces from the Calvario steps. In the old town, but in a very quiet zone. There is no problem for parking near the house.

Lovely house, highly recommendable!

Lovely house close the Calvary steps, only a short walk to Plaza Mayor!

The casita is nicely renovated and very well kept - a typical Pollenca town house.

The kitchen is well equipped, the dining & living room very cozy and with it's fireplace, electric heating and air condition warm enough for a stay in winter.

The main bedroom has a big window and from there, the living room and the garden there's a great view on Puig Maria.

We stayed there with 2 adults, had a lot of stuff incl. bikes and for us the size was just perfect.

Don't forget a laptop for music, connected to the TV it was also great to watch international programmes - using the free WIFI provided.

A car can be parked right in front of the house.

Last but not least the owner and his family where very kind and helpful.

We had a wonderful time, the "casita" felt like home and we'd be happy to come back!

OK for two persons; very quiet !

No good beds and sleeping downstairs is not for everbody; also

very dark .The kitchen is not well equipped.The owner is a good person.

Owner's Response: Dear Mr. Bas, I can't agree about your comment, specially about the darkness of the house. The house is located in a corner. Upstairs there are 4 windows in three of the walls, and is very light and sunny. Downstairs there is the main bedroom, with a big window, also sunny. The second room has one window and is not so bright because it's below street level and with no direct sun. The bed in the main room is less than one year old (new bed and new mattress). And you were just two people so you could use the bright main bedroom. You reserved for two weeks, stayed just three days and paid just for three days. In any other holiday rental you should have paid in advance, but in my case, I prefer that customers be happy with the stay and therefore I left you to pay only for the nights you stayed -you forgot to mention this-. This is probably the reason you tell I'm a good person, thanks for this comment. About the kitchen, it has a three ring hob (changed one year ago), an oven, a microwave, a boiler, a toaster, a fridge with small freezer and the washing machine is also in the kitchen, as well as AC in the kitchen/dinning-room. In my opinion this is enough for a short stay holidays. I agree that the house is not suitable for eldery or disabled persons because it has about 10 steps to go downstairs rooms, but this is not your case, and this is advised in the web page. As I told you, I'm sorry the house didn't met your expectations, I will try to improve it but fortunately your case is an exception among the guests who visit us. With kind regards, Joan Joan

Puerto Pollensa (7 km). Cala San Vicente (7 km).


Palma de Mallorca Airport (50 km). Car hire recommended for enjoy the surroundings of the town.
