There is also a utility room with washer/dryer. Internal stairs lead to the 73sq. metre private roof terrace, one of the highest. The views are magnificent overlooking Tavira Town, the Mountains, the Sea & Coast down to Spain, and of course, Tavira Island which is famous for its beaches. The terrace has an electric awning, is fully furnished with lounge suite & coffee tables, dining table & 6 chairs, 5 sun loungers, BBQ, various trees & plants.
This luxury Penthouse Apartment is one of 4 tallest in the development and gives great views across the tops of other buildings, It is centrally located and looks out to the pools and gardens and not directly onto other properties. It is extremely well equipped with all you will ever need.
You can still have a fantastic holiday in Tavira and the surrounding area without the expense and worry of hiring a car. It is possible to travel from the airport by public transport. Tavira Station is 15 minutes walk from the apartment or a very short taxi journey if you are carrying heavy luggage. Tavira Bus Station is less than 10 minutes walk and travels to numerous destinations including Saville, Spain. The centre of Tavira with all its facilities and restaurents is also less than 10 minutes walk

We have just spent another wonderful week at this fabulous apartment.
Inside it is very well decorated with good quality furniture and is very spacious, bright and airy. The lounge leads out to a good sized balcony overlooking the pool. Both bedrooms are also a good size and these both lead to balconies on the other side of the apartment.
There is nothing this apartment does not have from an amazing coffee machine to a set of straightening irons. The owner has thought of everything to make this a relaxing and stress free apartment.
The roof terrace is huge with an abundance of loungers, tables, chairs and a BBQ. Great for relaxing sunbathing or some alfresco dining. The terrace gets the sun all day and has wonderful panoramic views over beautiful Tavira.
The owner is extremely helpful making the booking process very easy and also providing very useful information about Tavira and the surrounding area.
Tavira itself is gorgeous. It is very quaint with some lovely small, intimate restaurants and cafes on both sides of the river.
So looking forward to our stay there next year.
Fantastic apartment and so close to town I would highly recommend this to anyone such a relaxing place and the town is so chilled. Everything was in place for us and made our stay so easy thanks. We will be back.
We spent a wonderful couple of weeks staying in this apartment which is situated in a quiet location. It is very well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday but there are supermarkets close by and Tavira town, just a short walk, has some great restaurants and a wonderful atmosphere. There is a good sized pool which was never too busy. The roof terrace has plenty of seating and sun beds and sunshine all day long. The owner was extremely helpful in providing lots of useful information before we left which helped as find our way around and settle in more quickly. Highly recommended.
Second year in a row we have stayed in this apartment. Modern bright and spacious with a fabulous 360 degree terrace with good quality outdoor loungers seating and dining furniture. Apartment is well equipped with everything you need. Shops bars and restaurants are a short walk away so no need for a car. The pool is great for cooling off and never too busy. The owners recommendations for restaurants were excellent and superb value for money. It's becoming an annual trip for us now.
This was our second year running at the apartment and we loved it just as much as the last. The owners keep the apartment up to date and we noticed all the new renovations which were great. You cannot fault the owners in the booking process, who will help you with anything you need. Tavira charmed us once again, with its beautiful sunsets, serene river and quaint restaurants and bars. We could not fault this holiday and apartment, proven by our return visit! The roof top garden is definitely the best part of the apartment and we spent many great days by the quiet pool. We will definitely be back for a third time!

The apartment was as described and more it was honestly like home from home. Kitchen was very well equipped and had everything you can think of. For us the best bit of the apartment was the roof terrace large dining table, casual seating area and plenty of sun loungers. Have to admit to falling asleep on the terrace a couple of times.
Our first visit to Tavira, what a lovely town, and the apartment but hopefully it wont be our last to either.

Payment terms are 25% booking deposit with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. If the booking is taken within the 6 week payment deadline, the full amount will be due on booking. A refundable damage deposit of £175.00 is payable with the final rental balance and will be refunded after departure following inspection of the apartment and return of the keys.
We will always try to be flexible with changeover day and length of stay however we do prefer a Saturday changeover and a minimum stay of 7 nights during July and August. Please always contact us & inquire as we will always do our best to assist.
Notes on prices:
Prices are pw in £'s & inc all cleaning, linens, towels & beach towel per person to allow you to reduce your packing. Also inc. air conditioning/heating units lounge & bedrooms between 6pm and 9am, and utilities including BBQ gas. They exclude cost of cots,high chairs,wifi device which are available for hire from our Management Co, prices on request. Special prices for rentals of 4 weeks or more from Nov 2015 to Feb 2016.
You will be sent a contract which gives payment details and all other terms. Please read and keep. A non refundable deposit of 25% is payable upon booking to reserve the property.
