Villa “Casa Redonda” is exceptionally well located on the Indalo Mountain, with panoramic views overlooking the sea. A 3 minutes drive or 10 minutes stroll to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. The private pool is south-facing (10 x 4 mtrs) for sole use of guests. The villa has a living area of approx 240sq.m & is situated on 3,500sq.m of land, ensuring privacy & space. It is all built within one-level, further enhancing your living comfort. The villa possesses a spacious round-shaped living-room with an enhanced safety open-fire place, dining-room, kitchen fully fitted with appliances, pantry, three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The entire villa is equipped with Climate Control System (AC dual warm/cold) for enhanced comfort, as well as an automated terrace sun-cover. Approx 250sq.m of various terraces around the property, offering options to sit either in the sun or the shadow. The villa has a large private swimming pool (40sq.m), and a well designed garden maintained by an automated sprinkler system. Private parking area. The entire complex is exceptionally well maintained! WIFI included.

Suitable for children. There are compound and inner area walls with a gate, however the swimming pool is not a separate area and children would need to be supervised.

About Johanna H. Bouter

My family first discovered beautiful Mojacar in the early 1970's. The enchantment of the old morish town, the engimatic blue ocean, the painters palate of colours in the natural surroundings, and the attractions in the area for both the younger/older and the more active/relaxed has kept us engaged throughout the years. We have moved our permanent base from Mojacar, however very much enjoy getting back for holidays often. We continue to maintain Casa Redonda with care and dedication as a 'home', and hope that you will enjoy you vacation there too!

Casa Redonda is an amazing villa and we highly recommend it.

Casa Redonda is a stunning villa with fantastic panoramic views of the Mediterranean. Take your choice from one of the many seating areas and either watch the sun rise over morning coffee, or relax by the pool. The gardens are beautiful and very well maintained and come to life at night when all lit up. The pool was plenty large enough for our family to thoroughly enjoy and was kept spotlessly clean as was the rest of the villa. Johanna ensured we were well looked after and was always on hand to answer any questions and deal with any issues we had. The villa is very spacious and fully equipped and made this a memorable stay. You can indeed walk back from the beach in ten minutes but be warned that at the height of the summer sun combined with the steep climb you will need to jump in the pool when you arrive!

I already miss the villa and the sound of the Mediterranean below and will return one day. We thoroughly recommend Casa Redonda, You wont be disappointed.

The villa and views are amazing

This Villa has the most amazing views and outdoor space , so many separate areas to sit and chill , soak up the sun or cool down in the shade . The up keep of the villa is excellent, a few minor things could be updated and i have been informed by the owner that this is hand , but thats a truly minor detail. It feels like home and we really didn't want to leave . We had a mid week clean and carman and her family were there most of the day doing an amazing job . Would definitely return however my family is ever increasing and we need one more bedroom if that could be arranged !!! lol I cannot recommend this property enough and the attentive owner, Johanna who was always responsive . Thank you for wonderful stay

Lovely property, great location,very helpful owner

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was very friendly and helpful throughout. We love this area and have visited Mojacar many times. We think that the area is ideal for a relaxing holiday and this villa is perfectly placed to make the most of the local facilities. The views from the property are fantastic and the pool area is very private and secluded. The outdoor space is particularly good with plenty of areas to sit and relax either in sun or shade through the day. The property was very clean and well-maintained with spacious rooms. It was well equipped and comfortable and had everything there that we needed. I am happy to recommend this property for rental and hope to be able to visit again soon.

Stunning!

Wow, I can so recommend Casa Redonda, We felt at home the moment we arrived.The villa is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. Everything you could need for a wonderful stay is right there. We found Mojacar to be safe and friendly.A visit to the old Moorish town is a must. I really miss sitting on the sofa in the roundel,coffee in hand watching the sunrise over the sea, absolute bliss! Many thanks to the owner Johanna for the prompt and courteous replies to my many emails, we will certainly be back soon.

Fabulous

This is a characterful property, very well equipped and in a superb location. We stayed for 3 months in the winter and were at all times very comfortable. As could be expected there were a few minor problems during such a long stay but the owner, Johanna's, response was immediate and the various tradesmen arrived promptly. Problems were rectified as soon as was humanly possible. The property is situated in what is obviously the nicest part of Mojacar Playa. Although it is quiet in the winter there were enough restaurants and bars open to make a good holiday. The cleaner, Carmen, is a delight but I need to learn some more Spanish for next year. We have had some amusing conversations in Spanglish and sign language. The pool was beautifully maintained and, although not heated, we did brave a few swims in March.

Our favourite restaurants were El Sitio and Sensations. There is a great music scene at Lua Bar on a Sunday early evening. This was our first time in Mojacar, indeed our first visit to Spain for 18 years. Various friends and family visited and all were very impressed with both Mojacar and Casa Redonda. Suffice it to say we have booked the same period again for next year and it is our intention, as far as one can possibly forsee, to spend a large part of the winter at Casa Redonda for many years to come. Our only regret is that we are not able to visit in the summer to get full use of the beautiful pool and extensive outside facilities. I can thoroughly recommend this property to any discerning traveller. Please look after it - we love it.

Two weeks in paradise.

Casa Redonda is without doubt the best holiday home we have ever stayed in. It is hard to know where to start, the outside space is superb with several different seating areas to sit and soak up the sun and views. The villa is exceptionally well equipped even down to having a freezer box to take down to the beach. Location wise is ideal, several really good restaurants nearby, we enjoyed Tito's bar, Al Punto's and Johannas recommendation to visit the ice cream cafe Galateria Italiana was a big hit with our two boys. its worth exploring the area, Cabo de gata national park has some great beaches and the drive along the coast is breathtaking. To sum it all up fantastic!

Refundable Damage Deposit £443.19

We are taking bookings for 2018.

To confirm booking we need deposit 25% of total rental price within 7 days (non refundable). Balance rental price paid within 6 weeks of date of arrival. The full rental price needs to be paid on reservation when you book within 6 weeks before arrival date.

Payments preferable via bank transfer, or fee of 3% if by credit card.
Guests will have to pay damage deposit of €500 by credit card. (no surcharge). Damage deposit can be paid on arrival day or prior to arrival If you arrive outside office hours. It will be refunded within 48 hours after departure once the property has been checked.
This booking can be cancelled, in writing, by the main person in the group. The 25% deposit is not refundable. Canceling 41-30 days prior to arrival incurs a 50% charge of the total rental price. Cancellations made within less than 29 days will incur a 100% charge. All refunds will suffer a deduction of the corresponding bank charges.

Time of arrival, not before 3:00pm, unless by prior arrangement in writing. The property must be vacated by 10am, unless by prior arrangement in writing. Change-over day Saturday only.

For stays of 2+ weeks during July-Aug additional cleaning charge of Euros 60 for linnen & towels change and cleaning on Saturday mornings middle of stay (prior & end stay clleaning included in remtal proce).

Property is expected to be left in good and tidy condition, if not so additional cleaning charge of 60€ for 1 week or 100€ for 2 weeks will be deducted from damage deposit. Cleaning can be arranged during your stay if you require at an additional cost.

Following possible charges: 50€ if keys not returned; 30€ for living rubbish/ property untidy; 75€ to replace damaged/ lost remote.
