Villa “Casa Redonda” is exceptionally well located on the Indalo Mountain, with panoramic views overlooking the sea. A 3 minutes drive or 10 minutes stroll to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. The private pool is south-facing (10 x 4 mtrs) for sole use of guests. The villa has a living area of approx 240sq.m & is situated on 3,500sq.m of land, ensuring privacy & space. It is all built within one-level, further enhancing your living comfort. The villa possesses a spacious round-shaped living-room with an enhanced safety open-fire place, dining-room, kitchen fully fitted with appliances, pantry, three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The entire villa is equipped with Climate Control System (AC dual warm/cold) for enhanced comfort, as well as an automated terrace sun-cover. The approx 250sq.m of various terraces around the property, offering options to sit either in the sun or the shadow. The villa has a large private swimming pool (40sq.m), and a well designed garden maintained by an automated sprinkler system. Private parking area. About the Owner

My family first discovered beautiful Mojacar in the early 1970's. The enchantment of the old morish town, the engimatic blue ocean, the painters palate of colours in the natural surroundings, and the attractions in the area for both the younger/older and the more active/relaxed has kept us engaged throughout the years. We have moved our permanent base from Mojacar, however very much enjoy getting back for holidays often. We continue to maintain Casa Redonda with care and dedication as a 'home', and hope that you will enjoy you vacation there too!

Two weeks in paradise.

Casa Redonda is without doubt the best holiday home we have ever stayed in. It is hard to know where to start, the outside space is superb with several different seating areas to sit and soak up the sun and views. The villa is exceptionally well equipped even down to having a freezer box to take down to the beach. Location wise is ideal, several really good restaurants nearby, we enjoyed Tito's bar, Al Punto's and Johannas recommendation to visit the ice cream cafe Galateria Italiana was a big hit with our two boys. its worth exploring the area, Cabo de gata national park has some great beaches and the drive along the coast is breathtaking. To sum it all up fantastic!

SHHHHH! Keep it a secret!

I don't want to tell you about the fantastic contact the owner keeps with you via email to ensure your stay is the best it can be, or how wonderful you know your holiday is going to be when you step through the door! Im not sharing with you how loved this property obviously is, feeling more like a home, so well maintained and clean with a kitchen so well appointed I challenge you to find anything you could possibly need missing. Im not letting on that the outside space has so many lovely places to sit that you never feel on top of each other, or about the special bench overlooking the sea lets you forget any worries and drift away as you are cooled by a wonderful breeze. I won't tell you that the addition of the ceiling fan in the covered area made sitting out in August a cooler pleasure! I will keep to myself how beautiful the gardens are maintained and how wonderful they look at night with all the lighting. I will not be letting you know about and the private clean, sizeable pool and that absolutely no-one over looks the outside areas. I will not be disclosing any of this because we need to come back..... and if you all know how truly wonderful this villa is there will be no room for us!!

An Excellent place to stay in Mojacar

We have visited Mojacar many times and this is the best villa we have stayed in. The pictures on the website, do not do the views justice !. From the friendly emails from the owner to the good service provided by Mojacar Estates, everything was excellent.

The Villa is spacious and very well equiped, but it is the outside space which really makes your stay at Casa Redonda a memorable one.

We would thoroughly recommend Casa Redonda and hopefully it will be available the next time we visit Mojacar.

Lovely Villa, fabulous location

We have just returned from a lovely holiday in this Villa. It is in a fabulous position overlooking the sea with the most amazing views. The pool area and the surrounding gardens are immaculate, the best I have ever come across! The property was very clean and well maintained & the Owner was particularly helpful, promptly replying to our e-mails when we inquired about restaurants, places to visit etc.. We loved Mojocar with its fabulous 5k stretch of golden beach,everything is so clean & well maintained and we didn't have enough time to visit all of the wonderful restaurants - good excuse to return again very soon!! We moved to the Indalo Mountain/ Ventanicas hills, overlooking the sea . THE villa was built in 1986 and since them we have done a lot of renovations and improvement to our property. beautiful villa

a comfortable and well equipped villa with stunning views over the Med. It was exactly as described, clean and tidy and very comfortable. There is very little I would change! The management company took us to the villa and showed us round, and stressed we were to contact them if we had any queries or problems. We would certainly recommend this villa and the area to friends.The only "downside" is that to get the great views it is up a steep hill, walking by road or by the shortcut steps from the local excellent restaurants is not for the elderly or infirm.

To confirm booking we need deposit 25% of total rental price within 7 days (non refundable). Balance rental price paid within 6 weeks of date of arrival.
Payments preferable via bank transfer, or fee of 3% if by credit card.
Booking can be cancelled in writing. The 25% deposit non refundable. Cancelling 41-30 days prior arrival incurs 50% charge of total. Cancellations less than 29 days incur 100% charge. All refunds suffer deduction of bank charge

Changeover Day: Saturday only.

Guests outside Spain pay damage deposit by credit card. (no surcharge)
Damage deposit paid on arrival or prior If arrive outside office hours. refunded within 48 hours after property checked.

Time of arrival, not before 3:00pm, unless by prior arrangement in writing. Time of departure, the property must be vacated by 10am, unless by prior arrangement in writing.

Property is expected to be left in good and tidy condition, if not so additional cleaning charge of 60€ for 1 week or 100€ for 2 weeks will be deducted from damage deposit. Cleaning can be arranged during your stay if you require at an additional cost.

Following possible charges: 50€ if keys not returned; 30€ for living rubbish/ property untidy; 75€ to replace damaged/ lost remotes.
