Villa in Calahonda, Nr. Marbella, Costa del Sol, Spain - Tranquil Location And Within 5-10 Mins Walk To Restaurants & Bars

A beautiful detached well maintained private villa. Casa Chica is situated in a very quiet part of Calahonda and has a private enclosed garden and swimming pool. Fully air conditioned, three bedrooms (one en suite) with marble floors and fully equipped with fitted kitchen. Two sun terraces and has excellent sea views. Calahonda beach is within 15 mins walk. Marbella is within 20 min drive and Fuengirola would be 15 mins.

We had an excellent stay and a fantastic summer holiday thanks to the wonderful villa "Casa Chica" in Calahonda. The villa was clean and well equipped. The bedrooms were perfect for our family consisting of 4 adults in the 2 double bedrooms and 2 children in the 2x single beds. There was room for us to have a travel cot in the double bedroom upstairs. All of the rooms had air-con which was great as the temperature soared well above 30 most days, but the night sleeps were fine as the rooms were cool in the evenings. The kids and adults also loved the pool it was amazing and we had many hours of fun. Thanks Thomas for the opportunity to stay in your villa, we would love to visit again. Calahonda beach is within 15 mins walk.


Malaga airport is 30 mins drive from villa a rental car would be recommended.


Marbella is within 20 min drive and Fuengirola would be 15 mins.

  • Booking Notes:
    Prices are for the property per week in pound sterling. During the Low and Mid Seasons, special rates can be arranged for Short Stays, Long Weekends and longer Winter Lets. The maximum capacity of the house is 6.

    Please contact me directly for a booking form. A 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking with the balance being paid 6 weeks before departure. Special rates can be given for short stays/long weekends/long stays out of peak season.
