There is plenty of storage space and the kitchen is fully equipped including full size oven and microwave. We recently decked the garden extending the living area by 28 square metres - perfect for Al Fresco dining and relaxing evenings under the stars.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en schoon. Zonnig tuintje.

Goede uitval basis voor het bezoeken van de omgeving.

Grote supermarkt op loopafstand. Dichtstbijzijnde strand is 20 min lopen en ook met de auto te bereiken. Voor meerdere restaurants en avond vermaak dient men wel naar Port Grimaud te gaan. Wat goed aan te lopen is.

Goede parkeergelegenheid in parkeerkelder.

We love being by sea and have always loved the French Riviera. At Port Cogolin, we enjoy the peace and quiet of a residential Marina and the close proximity of the highlife of St Tropez and picturesque Port Grimaud.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Toulon at 46 Kilometres

Coast/Beach:

15 minutes walk to Marina de Cogolin beach, 20 minutes walk to Port Grimaud beach. Numerous beaches within an easy drive. Pampelonne is within 10 minutes drive on a good traffic day. Go early to avoid heavy traffic or use La Pouncho.

Travel:

Within 45 minutes drive from Toulon airport, 90 minutes from Nice. Car hire is recommended to make the most of the area.

Distances:

1km Port Grimaud.

8km St Tropez.

8km St Maxime.

Further Details:

Numerous restaurants at Port Grimaud and Marina de Cogolin which are within walking distance. More in the picturesque perched village of Gassin within a 10 minute drive. There are also 3 restaurants at Port Cogolin.

Plenty of take away pizza, Chinese, Rotisserie Chicken.

Geant hypermarket within 5 minutes walk as is McDonalds!

There is a boat which leaves practically from outide the apartment for St Tropez twice a day in the high season, once a day in the low season. Although only a 7 minute drive to St Tropez, in the summer the traffic can be quite heavy so 'La Pouncho' is an easy and relaxing alternative. There is also a cycle path which runs along the coast towards St Maxime in one direction and St Tropez in the other. We are close to a commercial centre within 5 minutes walk with a large supermarket, hairdresser, dry cleaners, pharmacy, clothes and shoe shops. This is a great base to explore the local areas and there are numerous vineyards where you can taste and buy local wines.
