Great little find for a peaceful time away

  • 4 of 5

We are a family of 4 and stayed for 5 days in May 2016. The size and quality of this property is not evident from the outside so we all had a pleasant surprise! The refurbishment has been done to a high standard and the kids loved the mezzanine sleeping arrangements. Definitely need a car as the property is a 5 min drive into Villac - a little too far to walk to the Boulangerie for your morning croissants. Inside, there is everything you will need for a comfortable stay and Rosie the property manager was fantastic making sure we had everything we needed - even offering to take our load of washing when there was a temporary issue with the washing machine (very quickly resolved).

Would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for something away from it all and very comfortable.

In the area, worth a visit to Sarlat and whilst it rained every day whilst we stayed, there are lots of outdoor actives in the area as well.
