About the Owner

We have owned our beautiful house in Marsanne for over 20 years, and during this time we have refurbished it completely and turned it into a much loved home. We have been coming here since our children were tiny and now even as teenagers and young adults, this is always a firm favourite!

This is fantastic holiday house which we have owned for 24 years. The house is situated in a beautiful area, perfectly located for discovering more of Provence, the Ardeche and the Vercors regions. It is a perfect holiday house for doing lots or very little beyond sitting by the pool. Stunning views, great walking, 3 fantastic restaurants in the local village, and wonderful provencal markets galore . We have spent many happy summers here and hope you will too.

Refundable Damage Deposit £500

Booking Notes:
£500 deposit per week is required to secure any booking. (For a 2 week or more booking, £1000 is required). The balance becomes payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival. We charge a returnable security deposit of £500 against damage/breakages which is returned within 2 weeks of your departure.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is preferably Sunday. 10am departure, 5pm arrival.

Notes on prices:
We advertise the house for a maximum of 12 guests.

The house is available from 5 pm on arrival; we would ask you to leave by 10 am on the day of departure.

Outside of summer months we try to be flexible regarding arrival and departure dates

Bedroom 6 with double bed, provides a degree of independence as it is located beneath the main house, with a vaulted bedroom and en-suite basin and WC, opening onto a kitchen/ living area which has double doors opening onto the garden and swimming pool. The living area adjacent to bedroom 6 has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge. Outside: Beautiful mature well stocked garden, full of lavenders, rosemary, geraniums, vines, cherry and fig trees.
