Everyday modern amenities throughout Set in the location of Arikbasi the rural part of Dalyan, views of mountains, yet only 15-20 minutes walking distance into the town centre which offers good restaurants, bars and shops.

A lovely looking villa in a good location with beautiful gardens, but unfortunately there were some negatives for us, from 16:00 there was no water, hot or cold, we were hoping this was a temporary thing but it wasn’t, we got around this by filling a large plastic tub in the downstairs bathroom with hot water in the morning for bathing in the evening, not ideal but ok. The aircon has sensors which switch it off during the night, this did get uncomfortable. Most of the chairs in the outside dining area were broken. The one parasol was pretty much ripped all over. One thing that did upset us a bit was that the photos on the site are outdated, the view is not as it once was as there are newly built villas overlooking the property blocking what was clearly once a beautiful view. These issues did not spoil our holiday but with some updating it could have been better.

Villa Dalyan Kaya was our second villa project and was the result of searching and looking at different architectural detail. We think Villa Dalyan Kaya is beautiful and hopefully our quests that stay will think the same.

Villa Dalyan Kaya is set in a beautiful part of Arikbasi. Our previous quests have enjoyed their stay and are always looking forward to return again and again.
