Despite being small the cottage is very well planned out to make the most of the space available. Much better equipped than majority of cottages we've stayed in all around UK over the last 20 years! Great enclosed outdoor space, secure shed and 5 minutes walk to the beach which is ideal with the dog. We'd definitely visit again.

Absolutely fantastic! Recommend to everyone!

  • 5 of 5

This property had everything you needed! The owners gave us all info before we got there and even answered all questions we had.The garden was fantastic, so peaceful. Lovely beach to walk the dog. The local shop stocks all you need and very reasonable. Recommend the Italian Restaurant in Seahouses amazing. Tucked behind the Indian restaurant opposite the Co-op! Indian good also. Chillingham Castle well worth a visit only 20 mins away! Especially if you like seeing the old torture methods as they were all on show! Plenty to see there also.Would recommend this property to anyone . We loved it especially as the garden was enclosed and WiFi ! Kept everyone happy! Everything in reaching distance by car. Believe me when I say it had everything I did look thinking I bet I will need to get ....... But nope it was there. Tastefully decorated loved the picture in the sitting room . Ideal holiday break for anyone. It was like a home! Fantastic thanks so much!! Katy 😀򐀽򐈀👍𣐠we will be back! We didn't want to leave! Never saw my dog so content!

Fantastic house in a great location

  • 5 of 5

This house is fantastic. It's fairly small but the owners have used the space well, it's very clean, comfortable, did not have any traces of previous dogs and has everything you need including good phone reception and internet access. The garden is lovely, so often holiday lets have concrete slabs instead of grass and flowers. The horses in the field at the bottom of the garden were a delight to watch of an evening, while having a glass of wine out in the garden. Once the driveway gate is closed the garden is completely enclosed and children and dogs are contained, the car can also be parked off road which is good too.

I would definitely recommend this house for a couple & dog as well as a young family. The beach is a short walk away as is the pub, the village shop has a good range of local produce and anything else you might need.

My husband, children & dog have been holidaying in Northumberland for many years now and Beadnell Cottage is the best we have stayed in so far, it's not just a holiday house it's a home away from home - well done to Martin & Deb.

We hope to return soon.

Alison, Stephen & Holly the hound.

Well done to Martin & Deb

Beadnell Cottage

  • 5 of 5

We had a lovely week at Beadnell Cottage at the end of April, everything was perfect for the two of us except the weather!

The fresh air and exercise was the perfect tonic to get away from work and our Parson Russell Terrier "Ralph" loved the deserted excellent nearby beaches.

Would highly recommend!

Lovely Cottage, quite location

  • 5 of 5

We had a fabulous short stay at the Beadnell cottage in March 2016, the cottage is 5 minute's walk from to 2 great dog friendly pubs and beautiful beaches. The cottage is very clean and well equipped for any length of stay. We will be booking again soon.

Location

From the Owner

We fell in love with Northumberland 10 years ago and spent several holidays each year around the area. Every time we visit we have found something new to explore. Now we have the opportunity to own a small piece of Northumberland we would like to offer others the chance to discover and enjoy Northumberland as we did.

There are also special attractions like crazy golf etc in Seahouses. Beadnell has a local shop and fish and chip shop.
