The culinary experiences in the area could not be surpassed as they range from Boca Seca Tapas Bar only up the road to The Organic Restaurant,along with Celicioso Gluten Free Cafe and Restaurant, topped off by Dani Garcia's Michelin Star Restaurant,to mention a few, all within walking distance.

Stunning wooden floors throughout,high speed internet to be enjoyed over the whole house, English and Irish Tv channels, cleaner twice per week.

From the living area you have direct sliding doors access to the private swimming pool incorporating a Jacuzzi seat & powerful massage waterfall jet.

On all sides of the swimming pool you have tropical lush garden, sun bathing loungers and al fresco dinning sitting areas with barbeque.

Right opposite the pool you encounter "The Nest", a charming newly built,completely independent one bedroom apartment with living room, small kitchen and shower room.

What makes this villa unique

Being located close to the Beach on the Golden Mile is great for strolls along the Paseo, with its cafes, beach bars and restaurants and a stones throw from the Marbella Club and Marbella Town Centre. The villa is very private with the living areas close to the pool and secure garden with lush planting. Amazing mountain views are afforded from the master suit and huge upstairs terrace.

DP, Herts: Fabulous holiday at the villa. As regular visitors to this area we were delighted with the location of this beautiful house. Just moments from the beach and a short walk to many shops, restaurants & bars in fact this year we ended up not even renting a car. Marbella Old Town is a stroll along the beach promenade & Puerto Banus a 5-10 min taxi ride. Relaxed & Quite evenings with NO TRAFFIC or BAR NOISE!... We sat by the pool or chilled out on one of the terraces. A real home-from-home, with our children enjoying the PC, Sky TV, Netflix and WiFi facilities. Friendly & reliable maid service. I have no hesitation in recommending this villa and we would definitely book it again for our next Marbella trip.

SdeRM London: Amazing, very clean & setup perfectly, very comfortable. The pool was a perfect place to hang out. Great location as short ride away from PB & Marbella Center. The beach conveniently only one block away. I would highly recommend & definitely consider returning.

Outside: Set in a secure private walled garden with lush planting and fruit trees. The swimming pool is close to the villa and easily visible from inside and the upper terrace area. Enjoy Jacuzzi bubbles from long seat at one end of the pool or a massage from the powerful waterfall jet. Night time pool light provides for wonderful relaxed pool lit evenings. Across the pool is a Guest Suite, wooden decking & seating area. Down one side of the villa is another decked area with fruit trees, accessible from 2 of the bedrooms, lovely for a quiet morning sitting out. Through huge lounge sliding doors is a poolside terrace area with sun loungers and dinning table. Superb mountain views from large private upstairs terrace. 2 large sofas, sun loungers & shade from the large sail. In total 5 seating & dining outdoor areas around the villa, give plenty of options for sun or shade throughout the day and allow a group to spread out and relax when/where you wish. Secure off road parking for one car Utility Room: Wash machine, tumble dryer, clothes airer, steam iron & ironing board. Access to kitchen and doorway to pool terrace. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Maid Service (Mon & Fri for 3 hours). Fantastic villa with all comfort you wish.

We stayed in the villa for 2 weeks and everything was just perfect. Great pool with Jacuzzi and a home cinema on the balcony was such a lovely surprise. The villa was just a few meters from the beach and that was very handy. Thank you to the owners for providing the cooling drinking water and all the refreshments upon our arrival. It was our dream holiday. Thank you Alena

Just a beautiful Home

We had the best time staying at this villa. The pictures don't do it justice. Perfect location to the beach and the most finely appointed home we have ever been in. We came for a wedding and our friends who were staying at other places were all jealous of how nice ours was (And they were at nice resorts).

A wonderful modern villa on the beachfront.

The villa was set on a quiet street just metres from the beach. It was extremely spacious and very comfortable.The style I would say is contemporary whilst still feeling warm and inviting. The kitchen is white , clean and very modern with all equipment that you need for a comfortable stay. there is large TV in lounge and really good music system that you can play music from your phone with.

Furniture is all good quality with very nice dining table.All bedrooms are spacious and pleasant. The top floor master bedroom is amazing. It has large en-suite bathroom with great large bath and jacuzzi that actually works !

The outdoor cinema tv screen area is situated on this floor and was great to watch sports events on during the evenings.

None of the out door areas are overlooked which is great.

The pool area is lovely too with plenty of seating and loungers.

The villa is wonderfully clean and was cleaned twice during our visit. It almost felt like an hotel service.

We had been greeted by lovely Georgia who was available if we needed throughout the stay. She suggested a great place for breakfast called Pan and

Marmalade that we went to 3 or 4 times.

The beach is great with many snack bars and restaurants. We had really nice Sushi at a Sushi restaurant on the beach front. Marbella town is nice too although we preferred the area that the villa is in.

It is worth visiting the city of Rhonda to spend the day. The drive over the mountains is worth it for the views and the city is truly amazing with great scenery and views.

There are two supermarkets within walking distance. Both have pasties and croissants in the morning.

I would recommend this villa for most people. Families , groups of friends.

Fantastic place to stay

Our party of 11 ladies, stayed at the villa at the beginning of May 2016, and we loved the property, especially the upstairs seating area. The villa was handy for the beach and Marbella old town was only a 30 minute walk away. The information provided on booking was really useful and helped us plan our stay, thank you Susie. We definitely recommend booking Paellero en Casa with Jose who came at the specified time and cooked us a delicious paella. During our stay we went to Marbella old town, Puerto Banus and we also did a wine tasting tour around Rhonda. The villa was clean and tidy and Georgiana was really helpful, everything added up to a fantastic week away.

Fabulous beachside villa

We have stayed at this property now 4 or 5 times and have to say that it is like a home from home for our family. The villa is nicely furnished, has great facilities and enough space for everybody to do their own thing (kids in the pool, teenagers watching movies or using the wifi and us parents enjoying the loungers poolside or upstairs on the terrace). BUT the real beauty of this villa is really in its location - its about a 50 metre stroll to the beach which means that bars, coffee shops, restaurants are all very easily reached without the need to drive (or get a taxi). If you are feeling fit and need to walk off last night's "gambas pil pil", both Marbella port and Puerto Banus can also be reached via a (longer) walk along the golden mile. Also if you need any help, assistance or advice the villa management team are excellent and very friendly.

Short Break

Great place to stay and would recommend to family and friends.

Unfortunately for the owners the area has become a haven for "Lucky Lucky Men" over the last few years, this situation needs to be addressed, I will not return until it is.

Close to both Malaga Airport (30mins) and Gibraltar Airport (50 minutes by car).

Car hire is recommended although airport transfers can be arranged. If you are here just to chill and take life easy then it is easily possible to manage without a car due to the amount of amenities within very close proximity to the villa. Then just travel by taxi for the few trips out, however it usually proves more cost effective to have a hire car for the whole of your stay.
