The apartment is situated in a well maintained quiet complex but is just a short walk to beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops. If you are hiring a car easy access to the islands road system means you are no more than 45 minutes from any of the islands numerous attractions.
About the Owner
I have been lucky to enjoy holidaying at our family apartment for over 30 years, and am pleased to be able to give others the opportunity to visit this wonderful complex and enchanting island.

Activity and Interests
The beach is a very short walk from the apartment - just across the road.
The apartment is just a short 10/15 minute drive from Arrecife airport. A taxi will cost approximately 19.00€ one way. The taxi rank at the airport is directly outside the arrivals concourse. For your return to the airport there is a taxi rank outside the complex at the San Antonio Hotel end.
If you are hiring a car it is easy to find the apartment and there is ample free on street parking.

GBP300 per week or multiple weeks is for 2 guests.
For stays over a week (or two weeks etc) it is GBP46 per extra night for 2 guests.
GBP35 per week (GBP5 per night) for each extra person, up to a maximum of 4 total guests.
You're welcome to stay any duration though a minium charge for 4 nights will be made on any bookings for less than 4 nights.
A GBP/EUR100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
The balance is due six weeks before your stay.
Payment is accepted by cheque or bank transfer. Payment is also accepted in Euro via bank transfer.

- The apartment is in the grounds of a well maintained complex which has pleasant gardens. There are two pool areas; the apartment is just meters away from the larger of the two. Each pool area has two pools; one large and one childrens pool. The pools are heated in the winter from 1st November to 30th April; usually between 24°C and 26°C. Ample sun loungers are provided in both of the poolside areas. A maid service is provided every week, which includes apartment cleaning and a change of towels and bedding.
