The Penthouse is tastefully decorated to a 5 star standard throughout. There are 3 private balconies for sunbathing upstairs, and a spacious terrace at the front for sunbathing, dining, boat watching. Beautiful marble finish throughout. All facilities within easy reach, smashing beach with 2 chiringuitas only 3 minutes walk. 2 Good beach clubs nearby. Tennis and paddle facilities close. Sunday market 2 mins walk. Gibraltar 15 mins drive. Nice shops and restaurants within 3 minutes walk also. If you want to go local, 3 lovely villages within 5 min drive, San Enrique, Torreguadiaro, Pueblo Nuevo, all with great restaurants, 30% less than Marbella prices. 5 min drive to Royal Sotogrande Golf Club, 8 - 12 min drive to San Roque GC, La Reserva GC, Almenara GC, La Canada GC, Alcadaisa GC, 15 mins to Finca Cortesin, Los Flamingos GC. 5 min drive to the Polo pitches. Private parking space in garage with automatic doors in and out. Bin area at bottom of lift is clean and well serviced daily.

Coast/Beach:

3 main beaches nearby. 3 minute walk to the award winning Torreguadiaro beach with 2 great chiringuita restaurants. bring your own gear or use the restaurants loungers.

5 minute drive to the other beaches, These have great beach clubs,which charge by the day or week, or just find your own spot and chill out somewhere nearby. These beaches run from Sotogrande all the way to Gibraltar more or less an uninterrupted 10 mile beach! quiet and uninhabited. Great for a long walk too.

Travel:

Gibraltar 20 mins drive. Huelva 50 mins drive. Malaga 1 hr on the AP7, my favoured route, lots of flights and easy to navigate. Recommend car hire in all cases.

Distances:

Puerto Sotogrande 500 metres over the bridge... just walk. Torreguadiaro 1 K walk or drive.

Pueblo Nuevo de Guadiaro 4 K, Drive,6 mins. Great local town with every kind of shop

San Enrique 4km nice little village.

Castillo de la Frontera, 20 min drive, old andalusian castle town, v pretty, worth a visit.

Cacares 30 min drive to stunning white mountain village, great restaurants on the road too, try the Forge for lunch.

Further Details:

La Veranda in Torreguadiaro is very welcoming, ask for Pepe, tell him Danny sent you.There is also a new Tapas bar in the centre of Torreguadiaro is v good. In the estate of Sotogrande, you will find El Gaucho in the Panyagua centre, very atmospheric and good for steak. Many other really good restaurants nearby, cards in the folder in the hall dresser.

Perfect location

We enjoyed a lovely week in Sotogrande with perfect weather in an ideal apartment situated close to all the shops and restaurants of the port and the Marina commercial area. All within walking distance. It was wonderful to wake up to the sea and port views and have breakfast on the terrace. Bedrooms, bathrooms and the living area are all spacious and having underground parking was a bonus. We will be back!

This is a great property in the best position in the marina the surrounding shops and restaurants are excellent and you can dine somewhere good every night. As a result of our visit we have decided to buy somewhere in the area.

Beautiful property and great location

Luxuriously appointed and high quality apartment in a great location. Easy access to local restaurants and bars and also conveniently situated for visiting Tarifa, Ronda, Estepona and even Gibraltar and Puerta Benus, should you feel the need! The property exceeded our expectations!

Our only criticism is the lack of visitor instructions on how to work things - e.g air conditioning, recycling guidelines and local recommendations. Parking in the underground facility is convenient but very tight for anything larger than a mid sized vehicle!
