This is a modern, well equipped 1 bedroom apartment in a complex which was refurbished and sold into private ownership in 2008. It is a very secure complex within the quiet part of the town, but only a short walk away to the hustle and bustle of the town centre.

A comfortable apartment in a great location

We enjoyed our stay in this very well furnished and spotlessly clean apartment. The complex is very quiet and in a great location. The balcony gets the sun from the morning until mid-afternoon and has a lovely sofa to relax on in comfort.

Perfect relaxing holiday

Just returned after a four week stay, (wish it had been four months). This was my second visit in seven months.

Absolutely love everything about it. Location to bars, restaurants, shopping centre and the pool area, but most importantly the beautiful apartment. It has everything you need, very comfortable and tastefully decorated.

Will definitely be back.

What a relaxing holiday!

We had a wonderful 7 day break in this lovely apartment. We chose it because it looked so comfortable in the photographs and they did not lie. We loved the sunny balcony with the really comfortable chairs and the pool area was also very quiet and empty a lot of the time.

We loved the Corralejo area and particularly the Blue Flag Beach and Dunes. We also did a day trip to Lanzarote.

The restaurants we used were all fantastic and the nearby supermarket was very convenient.

We will definitely return and recommend to all our friends.

excellent apartment

Very nice apartment well equipped we had a wonderfull 3 weeks just chilling out.Complex quiet and very tidy went swimming several times OK once you are in! Large good quality supermarket fresh meat and fish is short walk away.

Special interest holidays:

Corralejo is a hive of activity with many attractions for those who are looking for adventure. Snorkelling, diving, surfing, boat trips, including a 12 min ferry to Lanzarote from the local harbour which is only a short 15 min walk from the apartment, power kites, buggies and bicycle hire, and many more which can all be booked locally.


This island is simply stunning, and boasts some of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. Corralejo is famous for its stunning blue flag beach which is 10 mins from the apartment beginning with the sand dunes. Or you can go the other direction which takes you to the edge of the main town beaches.


The apartment is a 30 min drive from the airport which will cost 45 Euros. There is also a local bus that runs from straight outside of the airport every thirty minutes which is very cheap. If you would like more information on this, please contact me.


As well as being in a prime location for accessibility to the beaches, the complex is 3 minutes from the nearest supermarket, 5 minutes from the EL Campinario shopping centre, 15 minute walk into the heart of Corralejo.

Full payment is required if booking is within 8 weeks of departure, plus £70 refundable security deposit against breakables/damage and loss of keys. We will confirm booking and provide information on the apartment/complex and Corralejo itself before your departure(Booking deposit is non refundable).

Changeover Day:
Changeovers are flexible depending on bookings, but if fully booked then check in is 2pm and check out is 11am. We aim to be flexible to suit your needs when and if possible.

Price for the apartment is per week in UK pounds 2012/2013.

  • Notes on accommodation: This apartment is ideal for 2 adults. This apartment and its contents are all new, and would please ask you to respect my wishes and smoke only on the balcony using the ashtray provided. Outside: Shared pool with pool side showers, and sun loungers are provided for your use and surrounded by beautiful well kept mature botanical gardens. There is also a tennis court for your use and a fully equipped gym (tennis rackets are not provided). Please note the tennis court and gym are used at your own risk. We the owners take no liability for any accidents or injury whilst using these facilities. Utility Room: Steam iron, ironing board, foldable clothes dryer, mop and bucket, sweeping brush and dust pan. Outside clothes line. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bedding, hand, bath and beach towels are supplied. Cleaning is carried out prior to arrival. Bedlinen, tea towels and towels will be changed weekly. Other: Living room (has mosquito net also). Luxury patio furniture (2 seater with coffee table, 1 chair and foot stool). Please note this is a non smoking apartment, ashtray is provided for outside use only. Please respect.
