We are a family who purchased this lovely Villa beside La Quint Golf in 2006. We have enjoyed wonderful, relaxing holidays here with the whole family i.e. Grandparents, Parents and Grandchildren. Because of it's peaceful location in such a secure Urbanisation it suits our family group of 3 generations extremely well and the younger people have access to a wealth of entertainment and fun within a 10 minute drive or taxi (obtainable around the corner at the Melia 5* Hotel).

Secure, beautiful, relaxing and convenient to Marbella, Puerto Banus and San Pedro. Beside La Quinta Golf Club, Melia 5 star hotel and facilities i.e Spa, Gym, restaurants, convenience shop, driving ranges and of course Golf.

Villa is well maintained and very clean. Has all amenities you would need - SKY TV, wifi, stereo system and bar!
La Quinta golf course and hotel only a short walk. Puerto Banus approx 3-4km away - cost €10 to €15 via taxi depending on time of day. Taxis are available outside the hotel.
Would recommend this villa for groups.
We stayed at this villa in October with a 2-year old child and were very pleased by the villa and its location. The villa is very well maintained and looks newly refurbished, all appliances working duly. Huge selection of TV channels, good audio system and wifi was working well. Great view from master bedroom's balcony. Cosy outdoor area & bbq.
It's situated within 1 min walking distance to a lovely playground and La Quinta Hotel with amazing spa, good cafe and even a small grocery shop. San Pedro beach is less than 10 mins drive.
We'd definitely recommend it.
Stayed for two weeks with family and friends. Villa was immaculate on arrival and had everything we needed. We would definitely go there again.
Myself and four friends recently spent a week in this amazing villa. We were expecting it to be of a high standard given the photos but we were totally blown away on arrival. This place literally has everything you need from sky TV and WIFI to your own pool and bar area!
The facilities in this Villa are all of a very good standard and the place was spotless. Really strongly recommend this Villa to anyone from kids to 55+

Our group of 4 adults and 5 children (aged 12-16) had a great time at this villa. Beautifully decorated and well laid out. Clean, quiet, good screening and has all amenities required. BBQ, pool, sun lounges, TV with Sky, towels etc. Plenty of space and eating areas. Good wifi connection.
Local representative met us on site with keys and introduced us to the amenities. Location feels very secure.
Easy 5 min drive to shops/restaurants & San Pedro. Also an easy drive to Puerto Banus. Lots of hills and paths for running, and very close to two major golf courses - La Quinta and Los Naranjos.
We have stayed in the Marbella/Puerto Banus/San Pedro location for many years and would recommend this villa to family and friends, very well suited to family groups.

To reserve your holiday a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required. Balance due 6 weeks before commencement of holiday or immediately if holiday is before this. Payable in Euro. On payment of full rental balance security deposit of 20% becomes a damage deposit. This will be refunded to your bank account within 1 week of your departure date. A discount is available for stays of 1 month or more. Electricity is metered extra. meter reading by guest on arrival and departure.
Preferred changeover day Saturday, unless arrangement made with owner.
