Located in the centre of Antibes, this apartment is close to all public transport giving direct access to Cannes, Nice and Monaco. The apartment is fitted with free WiFi, air conditioning, a choice of English language tv channels, DVD player with a selection of discs, speakers for use with ipod or similar device and there is a balcony which will comfortably accommodate three people. The apartment is equipped and furnished for a comfortable stay. Towels and bed linen are provided at no extra charge. Rates quoted are fully inclusive.

About Aidan O Donnell

I grew up in Dublin and have lived here all my life. I am retired for a number of years and I now work part time in wine and craft beer sales. I have had the apartment for over ten years. My philosophy is to make things as easy as possible for guests by offering a modern, comfortable apartment at competitive rates with the support of my representative in Antibes who is available to advise guests on any issues that might arise.

Notes on accommodation: An ideal place for 2 or 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The town of Antibes is at your doorstep. Outside: There is a reasonable sized balcony which will accommodate 3 adults comfortably. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen is provided and a change of bed linen is provided at the end of the week for those guests staying longer than one week. While a sufficient number of towels are provided, guests may wish to bringing their own. Other: Separate toilet.

Very clean and convenient apartment

The apartment is very conveniently located for the main square, several local supermarkets and the train station. It was exactly as described, and shown in the photographs. We had no problems with the apartment or its amenities. Sandrine met us at the apartment on arrival, and for departure. We'd recommend the apartment to anyone who was staying in Antibes. Aidan was very helpful and prompt with our queries and booking.

Nice roomy clean apartment. Good convient location.

We contacted Sandrine when we arrived and she met us at the apt. Gave us a tour and showed us where everything was located. The apartment was just as advertised, no surprises. Only problem was no hot water on first night but one call to Sandrine solved the problem with the flick of a circuit breaker. Convenient to groceries, etc. Easy walk to all of the old city. Even with the traffic noise, it was nice to sit out on the balcony with a drink in the evening. Once the windows were closed at night it was quiet in the apartment.

Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Excellent from start to finish

We have just returned from our holiday in Antibes. We found the flat to be clean and comfortable. The flat is in a central location making getting around very easy. We would definitely use the apartment again.

Highly Recommended

This was my families’ second two week stay at this apartment and I would not hesitate to rebook should I return to Antibes. The apartment is perfectly situated in town with shops, supermarkets and restaurants just a short stroll away. Three good beaches are also within walking distance and a very short hop on the bus gets you to the glorious sands of Juan les Pins. Bus stops are minutes away and the train station is a short walk from the apartment blocks front door.

The apartment block is safe and secure and the communal areas (lobby, stairwells lifts etc.) spotless. The apartment itself is also very clean, well equipped and furnished. Full cooking facilities, a washing machine, free Wi-Fi, English language digital TV, and a library of films really do add to the convenience and comfort of this accommodation.

The owner of this property responds quickly and comprehensively to enquiries and guests can book with both confidence and ease. Detailed information on both the apartment and location are provided along emergency contact numbers for both the owner and his representative on resort. The representative meets guest at the apartment and provides a welcome pack (a life saver I you arrive on a late flight with hungry children).

An excellent apartment, great location and a wonderful part of France. Highly recommended!

Super location with all amenities 5/10 mins away

We arrived to a clean apartment with a welcome pack which was a nice surprise. It's location in the centre of Antibe gave us the opportunity to savour all that Antibe had to offer particularly proximity to great restaurants, the beach, the harbour and especially the proximity to rail and bus services that facilitated travel throughout the Cotes dAzur. The services in the apartment were excellent and we appreciated very much the aircooling ,the wifi, the TV and the kitchen and shower facilities.

Altogether the four of us rated the apartment 10 out of 10 and we hope to repeat our trip again inthe next year or so. In that event we agreed that we will not use car hire again as the local transport is so close to hand and cost and time effective.

Booking Notes:
While reservations of less then seven nights are accepted, a minimum charge of €200 will apply. Requests to book periods outside a Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday etc, will be considered by the owner. A refundable security deposit of €300 is required on on booking. This will be refunded at the end of your stay. (Subject to deductions for any damage or key loss.) Short stays of less than a week will be considered. However, minimum charges will apply.

Prices are in Euro per week. Prices are inclusive of cleaning charges and electricity. ( Electricity charges may apply between October - March).

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
