This is the seventh year to let this apartment. It is centrally located in the town of Antibes, close to all public transport with direct access to Cannes, Nice and Monaco. Fitted with WiFi and a selection of English language tv channels, the apartment is well equipment and furnished for a comfortable stay. There is a balcony and the apartment has air-conditioning serving the living area and bedroom areas directly. Nice roomy clean apartment. Good convient location.

We contacted Sandrine when we arrived and she met us at the apt. Gave us a tour and showed us where everything was located. The apartment was just as advertised, no surprises. Only problem was no hot water on first night but one call to Sandrine solved the problem with the flick of a circuit breaker. Convenient to groceries, etc. Easy walk to all of the old city. Even with the traffic noise, it was nice to sit out on the balcony with a drink in the evening. Once the windows were closed at night it was quiet in the apartment.

Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Excellent from start to finish

We have just returned from our holiday in Antibes. We found the flat to be clean and comfortable. The flat is in a central location making getting around very easy. We would definitely use the apartment again.

Highly Recommended

This was my families’ second two week stay at this apartment and I would not hesitate to rebook should I return to Antibes. The apartment is perfectly situated in town with shops, supermarkets and restaurants just a short stroll away. Three good beaches are also within walking distance and a very short hop on the bus gets you to the glorious sands of Juan les Pins. Bus stops are minutes away and the train station is a short walk from the apartment blocks front door.

The apartment block is safe and secure and the communal areas (lobby, stairwells lifts etc.) spotless. The apartment itself is also very clean, well equipped and furnished. Full cooking facilities, a washing machine, free Wi-Fi, English language digital TV, and a library of films really do add to the convenience and comfort of this accommodation.

The owner of this property responds quickly and comprehensively to enquiries and guests can book with both confidence and ease. Detailed information on both the apartment and location are provided along emergency contact numbers for both the owner and his representative on resort. The representative meets guest at the apartment and provides a welcome pack (a life saver I you arrive on a late flight with hungry children).

An excellent apartment, great location and a wonderful part of France. Highly recommended!

Super location with all amenities 5/10 mins away

We arrived to a clean apartment with a welcome pack which was a nice surprise. It's location in the centre of Antibe gave us the opportunity to savour all that Antibe had to offer particularly proximity to great restaurants, the beach, the harbour and especially the proximity to rail and bus services that facilitated travel throughout the Cotes dAzur. The services in the apartment were excellent and we appreciated very much the aircooling ,the wifi, the TV and the kitchen and shower facilities.

Altogether the four of us rated the apartment 10 out of 10 and we hope to repeat our trip again inthe next year or so. In that event we agreed that we will not use car hire again as the local transport is so close to hand and cost and time effective.

Outstanding Apartment

This was our second time staying at this absolutely superb apartment with our two daughters. Location is incredibly convenient, only steps away from supermarket, tourist office, bus stops and train station. The apartment is so well equipped - everything you could possibly need (air-conditioning much needed after a day of travel or a day at the beach). Brilliant Wifi access and great supply of bed linen and towels.

We loved the idea of the seperate kitchen and also seperate bathroom. Very relaxing living-room and my husband really enjoyed having the Sky News Channel. Balcony so relaxing and spacious.

The information booklet supplied,regarding how to use all electrics,wifi, tv etc, along with bus,train and airport information was extremely detailed and helpful to us.

We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough and the help from the owner and his manager Sandrine was incredible. Sandrine was ever so kind and helpful in every way and was always available to call at a minutes notice. Our welcome pack, with everything we needed was always there for us on arrival.

Have to say Antibes is one the most beautiful towns in the Cote D'Azur. With its quaint streets, relaxed atmosphere it certainly is unique. The beaches and restaurants are incredible too.

Thanks again Aidan and Sandrine for a fabulous two-week stay! Already planning our third visit.

Antibes itself is such a lovely town, offering charm, warmth and chiq ! Accessible to the beauty of the Cote d'Azur, it is within close proximity to Cannes, Monaco and everywhere in between. A beautiful part of the world.

Nearest Airport : Nice Cote d'Azur at 20 Kilometres Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

The seafront is approx. 10/15 minute walk from the apartment.

Travel:

The apartment is a 30 minute drive from Nice Airport. Bus journey is 40 minutes (local bus) or 25 minutes (express) from Nice Airport. The train station is a 7 minute walk from Nice Airport with a journey time of 15 minutes to Antibes. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the train station in Antibes.

Distances:

The most popular places to visit are Cannes (10 minutes by train), Nice (20 minutes by train) and Monaco (45 minutes by train).

Further Details:

All supermarkets, shops and restaurants are within comfortable walking distance. The marina, town centre and old town are 5 minutes walk away.
