Located in the centre of Antibes, this apartment is close to all public transport giving direct access to Cannes, Nice and Monaco. The apartment is fitted with free WiFi, air conditioning, a choice of English language tv channels, DVD player with a selection of discs, speakers for use with ipod or similar device and there is a balcony which will comfortably accommodate three people. The apartment is equipped and furnished for a comfortable stay. Towels and bed linen are provided at no extra charge. Rates quoted are fully inclusive.

About Aidan O Donnell

I grew up in Dublin and have lived here all my life. I am retired for a number of years and I now work part time in wine and craft beer sales. I have had the apartment for over ten years. My philosophy is to make things as easy as possible for guests by offering a modern, comfortable apartment at competitive rates with the support of my representative in Antibes who is available to advise guests on any issues that might arise.

Notes on accommodation: An ideal place for 2 or 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The town of Antibes is at your doorstep. Outside: There is a reasonable sized balcony which will accommodate 3 adults comfortably. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Bed linen is provided and a change of bed linen is provided at the end of the week for those guests staying longer than one week. While a sufficient number of towels are provided, guests may wish to bringing their own. Other: Separate toilet.

Perfectly functional apartment for a stay in Antibes

6 night stay in Antibes, served perfectly well by this apartment. Close to transport links and the centre of town - a little further down to the beaches and the Cap.

All essentials present, and support from Aidan and Sandrine was first class.

Only downside for us was the traffic noise, when the windows are open (no noise when they are closed).

Recommended, provided you are not hoping to eat put out on the balcony ....

Great location with every amenity close by

The apartment was easy to find and only 30 min bus ride from Nice airport. It was clean and there was a welcome pack on arrival. The location is perfect as you are a 10 to 15 walk from everything! Bus and train services are frequent and inexpensive. The old town is close by and full of restaurants and shops The harbour and beach are adjacent. We visited the Picasso museum and Fort Carre in Antibes and took easy trips to Cannes, Juan les Pins,Eze and Beaulieu sur Mer all stunning and well worth seeing. All in all the apartment was a great base to acquaint yourself with Antibes and the Cote d'Azure.

Loved this Apartment, so well located!

We had a very enjoyable holiday in this spacious, well equipped apartement. It is very well located close to the old town and a choice of beaches. The smart tv, dvd and excellent wifi was a welcome addition. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need.

FANTASTIC LOCATION. SUPERB APARTMENT. 5/5.

Just cannot recommend this apartment enough. We would have to say it is one of the best apartments in Antibes - a 3 minute walk to the bus stop and about 5 mins to the train station. Also a 3 minute walk and you are right in the centre of Antibes.

Extremely well equipped - everything you could possibly need on a vacation. We loved the idea of the seperate kitchen and also seperate toilet. Balcony is very spacious,sunny and relaxing. Brilliant wifi access, air-conditioning and my husband really enjoyed having the Sky News Channel plus other English channels.

The help we got from the owner and his manager was incredible. Sandrine was always available (if we needed her at a minutes notice) and would also check in with us throughout our stay.

I would also like to state that the apartment block and apartment is very secure - would highly recommend the security of this apartment.

The fact that the bus stops are so close to this apartment made it very easy for us to travel to Cannes, Nice, Monaco etc.

Thank you so much Aidan and Sandrine for making our stay in Antibes so enjoyable - Will definitely be booking this apartment again.

Great value & good location apt

We just returned from a 9-day stay in this apartment in Antibes. We would recommend it for others based on many positives including:

Central location, close to buses, trains, tourist office, main square, cafes, supermarkets, banks, beaches etc. Everything is within a 5-15min walk.

We found it to be a spacious apartment (for 2 people anyway) and clean. It also has a secure entry system to the building.

Comfy beds (although they don’t look comfy but they are).

Air con in all rooms.

Good facilities including a full kitchen, washing machine, tv with English channel options, DVD player and lots of spare sheets and towels provided.

Good sound barriers with the blinds, windows & balcony door closed, which keeps the noise from the streets outside out. Only an issue during the day - it was quite noisey sitting out on the balcony. We slept fine at night as traffic is minimal outside so didn't notice the outside traffic noise when sleeping.

Great responsiveness from the owner, Aidan and from the local agent Sandrine. Both are very helpful & will answers any queries promptly.

Antibes is very easy to get around. We saw Antibes but also travelled daily to Nice, Monaco/Monte-Carlo, Villefranche, Beaulieu, Juan-les-pins, etc.

The nearest good boulangerie that we found was beside the Monoprix on Place General de Gaulle and it has a decent sized outdoor seating area.

The nearest beach is Plage de la Gravette (about a 5 min walk).

If you are looking to hire sunloungers on a beach though, head for Plage de la Salis which is about a 15 min walk from the apt.

The most popular places to visit are Cannes (10 minutes by train), Nice (20 minutes by train) and Monaco (45 minutes by train).

Further Details:

All supermarkets, shops and restaurants are within comfortable walking distance. The marina, town centre and old town are 5 minutes walk away.

Booking Notes:
While reservations of less then seven nights are accepted, a minimum charge of €200 will apply. Requests to book periods outside a Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday etc, will be considered by the owner. A refundable security deposit of €300 is required on on booking. This will be refunded at the end of your stay. (Subject to deductions for any damage or key loss.) Short stays of less than a week will be considered. However, minimum charges will apply.

Prices are in Euro per week. Prices are inclusive of cleaning charges and electricity. ( Electricity charges may apply between October - March).

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
