This apartment is beautifully presented, modern and spacious. 2 double bedrooms plus a 3rd bedroom with a bunk bed, a single bed and a trundle. All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space. The large open plan lounge and dining area has a 42" flat screen TV with Sky Satellite and plenty of comfortable sofa seating. The sliding doors open up to a huge terrace with an outdoor 2 seater sofa and

1 chair as well as an outdoor dining table to seat 6. The view overlooking the golf course is stunning! There is 2 fully tiled modern bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen for self catering with washing machine and dishwasher. Golf Torrequebrada is 5 minutes walk, Tivoli is a 5 minute drive. There is a good supermarket (Supercor) just a 2 minute drive down the road or a 10-15 minute walk and plenty of good restaurants both along the coast and in the village. WiFi available.

About the Owner

We live in the UK and have owned the property from new. We spend quite a lot of time at this property ourselves and enjoy the fact that's its close to the airport and is sunny nearly all the time. We have a management company who take care of the property while we're not there and are on hand to help with any problems that may occur during your stay.

Already booked for our 3rd trip!

Fab apartment. Always spotless on arrival and gives you everything you need - full kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine etc. We always visit as two families so the two bathrooms and three bedrooms are perfect - along with a large spacious lounge with large dining table and a balcony big enough to accommodate us all. Whilst the beach is a 10 minute walk down the hill I enjoy the walk and gives a beautiful view of the sea. We take a taxi back up with is approx. 6 euro. I don't think we have ever seen anymore than another 4 people at the nearest pool which means you tend to have exclusive use. Booked again for this August whilst we were still sat by the pool on our last visit!

Fantastic family holiday

This was our 3rd trip to this property and we have already booked our 4th trip next year, we absolutely love it here...

The accommodation is modern, spacious and very clean, we have nothing but praise for the whole experience

The owners of the apartment have been professional yet friendly, nothing was too much trouble our emails always answered promptly.

There was also information of places to take our children (ages 11 & 8) and where to go for groceries, medication and restaurants etc.

The apartment had everything you need and was all clean, modern and plentiful.our boys enjoyed having sky tv to watch whilst we had the ease of sitting on the beautiful balcony.

To get to the main shops or restaurants it approx. a 10 min walk, but there are plenty of taxis available

The surrounding areas were beautifully maintained and with 3 pools to choose from they were never over crowded.

All in all we LOVE IT and could highly recommend it

I love this apartment!!

My family and I of four stay here all the time!! Very close to everything you may need, restaurants along the coast, a very good supermarket, the village (a 5min drive) is wonderfully local with many great restaurants too! The interior is modern and clean, the owners obviously have good taste in interior design. Anna, the owner whom we spoke too was lovely and very helpful; the apartment is child friendly, the kitchen is well equipped, great view from the spacious terrace, all 3 bedrooms were clean light and bright! Would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone who would like a great hassle-free holiday!

I have been twice and will be returning again in 2015. This apartment is very nice and modern. Very children friendly and very very clean. It has everything you need and more when on holiday. Nice and quiet around the pool area. The balcony is nice and big as well. All furniture in excellent condition. Close to beach, bar and supermarket.

Unhappy Customer

We stayed here in June/July 2014 for 10 days, it was our 3rd time to the Benalmadena area.

This was also our 1st and LAST visit to this apartment!!

Before our arrival the owner was all nice and helpful. On departure it all changed and she started accusing us of doing things to the apartment that were not true, i.e. Smoking! We are a non smoking family!!!

We did all the items the owner requested us to do before departure but accused us of leaving the apartment in a terrible state (their words) this was not true and after weeks of emails and text messages back and forth they offered us a very insulting amount back from our security deposit which is meant to be taken for ‘serious damage to the property’(as they have stated on this website)

They wanted to replace towels and bedding because they had been used! We did say we would pay for extra laundering to our Daughters bedding because she had an accident (she is 4)

As well as that we incurred problems during our stay; I have listed them below;

• The lounge doors were unusable, the only access we had to the balcony was through the master bedroom (so we rarely used it)

• Advertises 2 parking spaces, only one available as a dirty old Mercedes is parked in the other.

• There was old unused furniture discarded in the hallway.

• Advertises Sky TV but it is a complete joke, the signal goes every 10 second, impossible to watch.

• On arrival the floors were filthy, if you took your shoes off the soles were black within minutes.

• There were ants in the kitchen.

• The French doors and patio door were filthy, covered in hand prints

• There were dirty marks on the walls.

• There was mould in the bin.

• There were light bulbs out everywhere, struggled to see in the bathrooms.

• The small toilet was blocked on arrival (we got accused and charged for this)

• The shower in the master en-suite smelt of damp.

• Lounge sofas were covered in stains and crumbs.

• Outside sofa and chair were very dirty and sweat stained (we sat on towels)

• The apartment in general is tired and could do with a bit of money spending on it to bring it back to a good standard and maybe use a more thorough cleaner before guests arrival (The images on this website do not reflect the apartment the way it is now)

• It is not a 10 minute walk to the beach!!

• Please also be aware the neighbour below threatened me and my children.
