The two rooms and kitchen are in the open, without walls, which allows everyone to enjoy the scenery. It has plenty of natural light (large windows / doors). Has modern furniture. I appreciate nature in its many aspects ... beach, countryside and mountains. This villa is set in a location that includes all these different contexts and where I really would like to live however, for reasons of professional nature, this is not possible. For me it is very important that guests do not feel cheated when looking for a quiet place and great contact with nature. What is presented in the ad is what guests will find ... no more, no less!

A quiet multi-level villa in the National Park

The villa is on a peninsular in a dramatic setting, with views over a beautiful river valley. The whole area has been laid out with roads for development but only a few plots completed. As a result it is very open and quiet with a lovely fragrance from all the natural vegetation.

The villa is modern and comfortable and dealing with Luis and his local agent a pleasure.

Great Villa in Espartal

The house was magnificent and even greater than it appears on the pictures. We found the house to be very clean and well furnished. All the house seemed very modern and well decorated. It is spacious and the area is very calm so that you can fully enjoy your vaccations. There are two beaches nearby easily accesible. I recommend having a car if you want to visit this area of Portugal.

I fully recommend this property.

A Gorgeous Villa and a Wonderful View

We have just returned from a week in this lovely villa. I choose it because it looked so good in the photos and we were not in the slightest disappointed. In fact it far exceeded our expectations. When we walked in we were stunned at the spacious and stylishly finished interior. Everything was done to a high standard. All the rooms are en suite and balconies on both sides mean you can catch the sun all day. We loved the different levels of the open plan living area but there are a lot of stairs so this is not a house for people with mobility problems. The kitchen has been planned for serious entertaining so there was plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware. We ate in during the evening and the well equipped kitchen enabled us to do this. We found everything we needed in nearby Aljezur with its Intermarche and market hall. Espartal is just above stunning Monte Clerigo beach where we ate lunch several times in the very good café. Mainly we enjoyed sitting on the sofa and watching the view across the valley and inland to Monchique and the tranquillity of the surroundings. In the summer it must be wonderful to enjoy this with the patio doors open. The villa is equipped for young children and has plenty of space but we felt it is really a sophisticated house and with three double/twins with en suites it would be a great house for several couples. If peace and quiet, beautiful surroundings and nature are what you enjoy then this is the house for you.

Propriété très spacieuse, propre et environnement calme.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la maison de Luis, la maison est propre, il y a tout ce qui faut à l' intérieur.

La mer est à 1 km en voiture, très bien , de beaux paysages à Aljezur et les alentours.

Ein Traumhaus in toller Lage

Ein modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, großes und großartiges Haus, mit allem erforderlichen und vielem darüber hinaus sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Gegend war in der Vorsaison Anfang Juni sehr ruhig, es blühte überall, die nahen Strände sind traumhaft, der Ort Aljezur hat für meine Bedürfnisse die richtige Größe, es ist durchaus lebendig, aber beim 3. Mal in der Markthalle wird man schon wahrgenommen und freundlich gegrüßt. Ich genoß die Wandermöglichkeiten auf der"rota vincentina", auf der "man dann mal weg sein" konnte.

Luis und Patricia, die vor Ort weiterhilft, waren sehr entgegenkommend, geduldig und die Übergaben liefen problemlos und ohne Reibung. Luis hat das Haus mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet, der große Wohnbereich integriert die wichtigsten Bereiche des Lebens, gemeinsam kochen, tafeln, beisammen sitzen. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr großzügig , bequem und jedes bietet durch Größe und eigen Terrasse oder Balkon auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Das Haus verdient einen respektvollen Umgang. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen, deshalb will ich nicht zuviel meiner Begeisterung mitteilen.... damit es nicht noch mehr ausgebucht ist als jetzt schon.

On the foregoing reasons ... possibility in the same space can intensely enjoy nature in a multifaceted way ... field, beach and mountain ... a choice ... that was the line array in the local election and design of the House. It has easy access and tranquility is maximum. Inside the house strong and bright light is a constant.

Distance of about 10 minutes on foot to the nearest beach. All beaches are extensive and of great beauty. One of the beaches have to lead by a river. The coast has large cliffs however, access to the beaches are good.


Faro Airport is about 75 minutes away. It is essential to having a car.


The town of Aljezur is a 5 minute drive. It is a town with much history, with ancient walls and church to. The town of Sagres and Lagos City has great historical interest, location from where the Portuguese explorers to discover the world, are about 30 minutes by car.

Further Details:

For those who enjoy nature this is an ideal location, the tranquility that characterizes the area. There are places for birdwatching. The practice of sports such as mountain biking and water sports (surfing, canoeing, etc.). have a privileged area in this zone. Supermarkets and other support services are about 5 minutes away.

  • Please treat the house as you would your own home. We request that the property is not vandalized during stay. For any further information contact the host Pets are not allowed. Unpleasant situations occurred previously. In the bathrooms / toilets, all wastes should be placed in rubbish bins (including toilet paper) Be sure to rinse well the surf/ beach equipment at sea. Avoid clogging the plumbing of the house Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen included. Change of bed linen, towels and cleaning of the property per week stay (in agreed schedule with guests). Please clean off all sand before going indoors. The waste produced during the stay should be placed regularly in the urbanization containers should not stay at home.
