An abundance of features including Yorkshire Flagstone floors, exposed beams and decorative cast iron range have been retained in order to enhance the character of this delightful cottage. There is free unlimited wi-fi should you wish to remain connected during your holiday.

About Annette Law

I have been visiting North Yorkshire for over 25 years firstly with my husband and then also with our two children and have now realised a dream and purchased our own cottage to continue enjoying the delights of the Yorkshire Dales. The Dales is a place where we can come and de-stress as we all lead hectic lives. We are pleased to share our home from home with all that you would expect, to make your stay complete.

Notes on accommodation: Not suitable for those with mobility difficulties due to amount of stairs in the cottage. Outside: Small area at the rear of the property with washing line rights. No garden. Parking in front of the cottage. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen, towels and tea towels are included, the property will be cleaned at weekly intervals. Other: Attic bedroom with twin beds. Loved by children!

Clean, warm, welcoming. Perfect for the break away.

My daughter and I had never been to the Yorkshire Dales before. What a treat. The weather was fab and the accommodation complemented everything we did. Cosy, warm, welcoming and central. We walked from Thwaite over Great Shunner Fell to Hawes on one day and then visited Richmond the next, taking in the sights as we drove along. Thank you so much. Just the tonic needed.

Perfect location and very cosy.

Arrived in rain and sleet, easy to find and park outside, once inside this delightful quirky and warm cottage it was lovely to curl up in the living room and have a cup of tea.It is situated a few yards from the shops, pubs and chippie, very nice village and a warm welcome from the locals.

Lovely Cottage in Hawes!

We stayed three nights in Feb 17 - two of us, plus Sally the dog. Cute, lovely cottage in the heart of Hawes. Walks from the doors. Lots of cafes and pubs in the village. Recommended.

Honest owner

We had booked a stay and paid in full by a bank deposit, but at the last minute had to cancel when we discovered a passport had expired. The owner graciously refunded our full deposit. I wanted to put this as it certainly speaks highly of the integrity of the owner.

A fantastic little well equipped quirky cottage in a lovely little town.

A lovely well equipped cottage in a fabulous location. Plenty of little friendly pubs with good menus and a couple of nice restaurants right on the doorstep. Parking right outside the cottage. Walks and countryside you only dream of. We will be going back.
