The apartment is south facing and enjoys the sun for most of the day, with spectacular sea view sunsets. The views from the lounge and dining room are splendid, with stunning views across the breathtaking estuary and the beautiful sandy beach.. It is very elegantly furnished and beautifully finished with a contemporary ‘seaside retreat’ feel. The sitting area has a large Italian marble fireplace, comfortable leather sofas, TV/DVD and a free view satellite system providing a wide range of television programmes. There is also a collection of DVDs, music, games and books. We have also provided a quality music system, everything to make you feel at home. The dining area has seating for four with cutlery, crockery and glasses to suit. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a Range master double oven, 5 hobs, large American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. We also have a small utility area containing laundry facilities.

We bought our apartment in Aberdovey after spending many happy family holidays on the beach. Going to Aberdovey always relaxes us after stressful times working. Just looking out of the lounge window across the beach and sea or watching the kids play on the beach with a 'sundowner', the perfect way to end the day.

What makes this apartment unique

It is also now the prefect location to enjoy some new hobbies, now the children have grown up. It is the prefect place to chill and play some golf or sail.

The walking in Snowdonia is amazing and the cinema in Twywn is a real treat (like going back to the mid 20th century).

Outside: Off the master bedroom is access to a small, private decked patio area, with wrought iron furniture and numerous pots and planters containing summer bedding. The patio enjoys the sun in the early morning and late afternoon. Utility Room: We also have a small utility area containing laundry facilities. Washing machine, tumble drier, iron, ironing board- everything you might want. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment is cleaned weekly, all linen and bath towels are provided. Other: The open plan living area also contains a dining area to seat 4 in comfort, whilst enjoying the great views across the estuary.

This is a beautiful apartment, decorated very tastefully as someone's home rather than done up for the holiday market. The views with it being on the second floor are amazing and I could have sat in the window all weekend. The apartment is extremely spacious with one twin and one double room with a small outside area off the master bedroom. The bathrooms were pristine and the showers very powerful. The kitchen had everything you could need and more. I wanted to take home the cooker, it was better than ours at home! Lovely lovely spacious and homely, family apartment and looking forward to staying again.
