This fabulous villa is also available for long weekends. Shopping, beach clubs, yacht charters, golf or just a relaxing time by the sea - the choices of activities are numerous.

Special interest holidays:

Motor or sail boat charters are available from the marina in Port Andratx. If interested, please enquire at the time of booking as in high season (July-Sept) yachts are in high demand.

Coast/Beach:

There are many beautiful calas (coves) in and around Port Andratx and from the house itself, steps lead down directly to the sea. This area is shared by 5 other privately owned villas.

Travel:

Palma aiport is approximately 20/30 minutes away. It is easy to pick up a taxi at the airport or if preferred, we can arrange a chauffeur transfer on your behalf. Car hire is recommended.

Distances:

The centre of Port Andratx is 12-15 minutes on foot.

Changeover Day:
Normally changeover day is a Saturday however this can be flexible depending upon other bookings. Departure time is 10am and arrival time is not before 4pm although again, we can be flexible where possible.

Notes on prices:
A deposit of 50% will secure your booking. The 505 balance is due at the latest 8 weeks before arrival. For bookings made within 8 weeks of the arrival date, the full amount is due at time of booking.
A refundable security deposit of 600€ is also required and this can be given in cash OR credit card details on arrival (receipts given and refundable on departure day)

100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
