Apartment in Corralejo, Fuerteventura, Canary Islands - Tranquil Setting, Easy Access To Beaches, Shopping Centre, Restaurants, Pubs & Water Park (Summer)

We are part of a lovely community of privately owned apartments with a delightful large shared pool area set in mature Canarian gardens. We have two spacious bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge and dining area, a large outside patio area, and use of a gym and tennis courts. We provide free 24 hour internet access, flat screen TV with USB/HDMI. Air condition for the hotter summer months.. Nearby is the elegant El Campanario shopping centre. You can reach Corralejo's famous white sandy beaches and dunes in few minutes, and stroll around the bay into Corralejo centre. Or if you're feeling relaxed after a night out in town, you can pick up one of the continuously available taxis for only about 3 Euros. For travel to further parts of the island there's a bus stop just outside with cheap regular services.

Fuerteventura is generally acknowledged to be a surfers' and water sports enthusiasts paradise! Excellent for cycling with lots of cycle lanes! Fishing very popular also.

Coast/Beach:

Corralejo has famously beautiful beaches which are very close. You can walk to the shoreline in five minutes, and from there around to the town beaches in another 5 minutes. In the other direction, the large beaches (Grand Playas) stretch for miles to the south.

Travel:

The apartment is in Corralejo, which is about 30 minutes drive from Fuerteventura airport. The capital, Puerto del Rosaro, is about 25 minutes drive, and has an impressive shopping centre called the Rotunda. Car hire is easy, and the bus service is cheap with regular routes. Taxis are also cheap, only about 3 Euro from Corralejo main street to the apartment. Corralejo is also a port with two car ferries making the short crossing to Lanzarote (Playa Blanca) throughout most of the day.

Further Details:

Although Corralejo is compact in area, there is a very wide choice of restaurants and bars and entertainment for all tastes. There are several shopping centres with well known fashion outlets.

Notes on accommodation: Ideally suited to couples sharing or families. Because located in a tranquil community area, not suitable for late parties or loud music. No smoking allowed inside the apartment. Community rules are strictly No Pets Allowed or barbecues. Outside: Apartment opens onto its private terrace, enclosed by a wooden pergola and fence, and viewing a beautifully maintained walled garden. Private parking is free and just outside on the street. You need a key to access the complex from the street. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment will be fully cleaned before guests arrive. Clean towels and bed linen provided. Other: Apartment opens onto its private terrace, enclosed by a wooden pergola and fence, and viewing a beautifully maintained wall garden. The patio area has a full dining suite and two sun loungers.

Fantastic apt, spotlessly clean. So comfortable, home from home. Terrace lovely to sit in, sun beds to relax on, sun into the evening. Gentleman managing apt very helpful when we had a problem with safe. Pool are very good, good size plenty of beds free. 15min walk to Wakiki beach. Lots of super restaurants In the area about 15-20min walk. 5min walk to bus stop to take you to sand dunes and water park 10 mins away. Would definatly reccomend Apt and resort.

The apartment is considered booked on clearance of booking deposit of 140 Euros. The balance of the rental fee + 70 Euro breakages deposit must be paid in cash on arrival to the apartment manager who will meet and greet and hand you over the keys.

Will be as flexible as possible to suit your flight days. We normally require a 10am checkout to facilitate any new arrivals.
