Cnocell y Coed is an immaculate 16th century cottage,tastefully renovated to a high standard, retaining characteristic charm with exposed beams. Ground floor comprises large kitchen/dining/lounge area with fridge, dishwasher, microwave,solid pine units, electric cooker and ample worktops. Dining area has large dining table seating 6/8 persons. Main seating area has comfortable settees, TV/DVD/Hi-Fi (freeview) also log effect electric fire. Main bedroom area comprises bathroom with bath & power shower. 1 bedroom with kingsize bed, the 2nd bedroom ( family room ) has double bed and bunkbeds. Additional sleeping facilities:- bed settee on ground floor if needed. Price includes all fuel, power, bed linen and towels. Cot and high chair available on request. Outbuilding with washer, dryer, deepfreeze and secure storage. Ample parking, safe play area and barbecue.
A tranquil and secluded location situated in 300 acres of farmland, access is via a farm track. The cottages are surrounded by rolling hills and wonderful views. The cottages themselves offer guests all the modern facilities, whilst still retaining their antiquity, character and charm.
An idyllic venue for special family occasions or for a group of friends wanting an activity break or just to chill out.

- Booking Notes:
A 25% deposit is taken to secure the booking, paid by cheque. Balance due 4 weeks before you arrive.
Changeover days usually Fridays or Saturdays, being as we offer midweek and weekend breaks this would be flexible.
Notes on prices:
Cae Coryn Combined Price is based on a minimum of 10 people sharing for a minimum of 3 nights, which equates to £16 per person per night.
During peak periods the minimum stay is 7 nights.
Sorry we do not take pets.

Bala the local town provides ample amenities i.e. supermarket, banks, eating establishments, cinema and leisure centre. Garage facilities.

- Notes on accommodation: The cottages offer stunning walks from the doorstep and easy access to all local activity centres, which include white water rafting, kayaking, canyoning, canoeing,wind surfing, mountain biking, and the Get Wet centre within 2 miles, offering paintballing,high ropes and rafting. For the fishermen, two local well stocked trout lakes, within a mile of the property. Outside: Both cottages offer outdoor sitting areas, barbecue's and ample play areas for children in a safe environment.
