Guestbook comments from the owner

Hi Alicia

I just wanted to send you a quick email to thank you very much for our stay at your cottage. We had such a lovely time and we cant wait to come back ...if that's ok with you!!

The house was absolutely perfect and my dogs loved that the living room was upstairs (they aren't allowed upstairs at home!) There was everything we could wish for in the house and my bed was so comfy!

Selsey was perfect even in the blustery weather.

We shall definitely be back again. Absolutely perfect. Thank you so much!

Lovely seaside retreat

  • 5 of 5

An excellent holiday home situated yards from the sea front. A lovely homemade cake had been left to great us on arrival in the well appointed kitchen with more than enough bits and pieces for our party of 7. Fresh white linen adorned the comfy beds. Everything you could possibly need was here including lots of helpful leaflets of where to visit. It really couldn't of been any better.

Idyllic spot very close to the beach. Beautiful views from upstairs and well appointed with many useful extras. Charming and comfortable with large private garden and off street parking. Lots of communal space as well as four double bedrooms. We have a superb time and hope to visit again.

Picture Perfect Holiday Home a Stone's Throw from the Beach

  • 5 of 5

A small family gathering for a very special occasion and we weren't disappointed. Absolutely beautiful holiday home and the design of the railway carriages as the bedrooms very cosy, a bit like being on a boat! Lots of little touches including home baking on arrival. Spotlessly clean, plenty of towels and linen to boutique hotel standard! Perfect location for the beach
