Guestbook comments from the owner

Hi Alicia

I just wanted to send you a quick email to thank you very much for our stay at your cottage. We had such a lovely time and we cant wait to come back ...if that's ok with you!!

The house was absolutely perfect and my dogs loved that the living room was upstairs (they aren't allowed upstairs at home!) There was everything we could wish for in the house and my bed was so comfy!

Selsey was perfect even in the blustery weather.

We shall definitely be back again. Absolutely perfect. Thank you so much!

Picture Perfect Holiday Home a Stone's Throw from the Beach

  • 5 of 5

A small family gathering for a very special occasion and we weren't disappointed. Absolutely beautiful holiday home and the design of the railway carriages as the bedrooms very cosy, a bit like being on a boat! Lots of little touches including home baking on arrival. Spotlessly clean, plenty of towels and linen to boutique hotel standard! Perfect location for the beach

Lovely unique cottage

  • 5 of 5

Unusual cottage, with lots of lovely touches throughout the property - especially the homemade cake on the day of arrival. Right beside the sea so great for walks and close to lots of interesting places to visit. Highly recommended.

Fabulously converted railway carriage.

  • 5 of 5

All board for first class accommodation in this converted railway carriage in a peaceful location. The property has been equipped to a very high standard and great care has been given to ensure a comfortable stay. The house is full of character with lovely wooden floors, high quality furniture and original fittings from the old railway carriages. The owners were very easy to communicate with and we felt at home straight away with everything we needed.

Characterful, beautifully furnished, with everything we needed.

  • 5 of 5

Lovely beachside location with sea views from the upstairs lounge. The garden was a great space for the children to play in and dogs to stretch their legs.

A fabulous home made cake and basic provisions were a lovely welcome on arrival at the property.

Neat upfurbished touches throughout the property gave it a nice holiday feel.

We enjoyed making use of the wood burning stove and two reception areas meant kids and adults could have their own separate spaces if desired.

We did all our own cooking and found everything we needed in the kitchen. There was also a nice selection of DVD's, books, cookbooks etc.

We highly recommend seagulls.
