Why Sarah Wallis chose Lanzarote
Playa Blanca has a better micro-climate than the north of the island and the resort isn't overdeveloped. We chose our home on Faro Park because the standard of design and workmanship was high and it was convenient for shops, restaurants, bars and transport, whilst being part of a quiet and private community.
What makes this villa unique
The villa is fully equipped, with a private heated swimming pool and a well appointed kitchen and BBQ for home catering. This even includes fully filtered water for cooking and drinking, saving the trips to the local supermarket. It has those extra touches that make it all the more special.

Lovely spacious villa with a great outdoor space with the pool. The property was clean & tidy and when we had a problem with the tv( euro final!) Stuart was round within the hour( happy hubby)! Would def recommend. The restaurants and supermarkets were a stroll away and a special mention to la flemenca & dal trevisano. Good food & wine with lovely people. Wished we had booked for 2 weeks!!
Perfect if you have mobility issues.
Been to Faro Park many times as I have breathing difficulties and the villa is in the perfect location - literally a three minute walk on the flat to a number of 'good' restaurants, a really nice pub and a more than adequate / well stocked supermarket. There is even now a scooter and mobility shop in the parade.
As far as the villa is concerned one often reads of the 'boasts' that their villa is well equipped - often this is written with a pinch or two of salt - NOT HERE - when they say it is well equipped they mean it. I mean what villa is Spain, or any where else, would provide not 1 but 3 teapots - all with cosys, a salad spinner and enough kitchen equipment to keep Gordon Ramsey happy.
The villa is well laid out with 2 good sized bedrooms with comfy beds and pillows (that was a first for us) and two nice bathrooms. Outside there is a vast array of furniture in various locations around the lovely pool.
One slight down size note - more of a warning to wives - there is a FULL TV package (Sky sports especially and most UK channels) so there could be a danger of man sport mode setting in - if this does occur then easily suggest - as my wife can testify - to get a jug of sangria and do 'bed/chair' hopping with a good book around the pool.
The villa has everything and more than you need for a relaxing holiday, very well kept with all mod cons, including air conditioning,it's well laid out and the pool is a added bonus. There's plenty of room and is well kept, beautifully done out.
The area is quiet but near enough to the main resort of playa blanca, we like to walk, it takes about 35-45 minutes along the lovly promenade or about 5 mins in a taxi (about 4-5 euros). There are a few restsurants within 3 mins walk, they are all good and reasonable priced and also a couple of bars, and the cater for a variety of tastes.All the locals are really friendly and are eager to give you recommendations for other bars/restaurants in the area.
If your after a fantastic holiday I would strongly recommend Casa Montanna vista , we will certainly be going back the owners and villa manager go over and above to make your stay just what you want. Five star rating from us!!! Linda ,John & Family , West Yorkshire

Activity and Interests
The coast is just a 5 minute walk away, the nearest beach 10 minutes by car or bus.
The airport is a 30 minute drive away, with plenty of taxis or bookable airport transport. Local buses or taxis are fine to visit Playa Blanca, but car hire is cheap and the best of the island doesn't lie on the route from the resort to the airport, it is well worth exploring.
The island is small and you can comfortably drive from one end to the other in just over an hour, so all tourist attractions are easily accessible.
Two local supermarkets, several bars, coffee shop/baker, restaurants and a take-aways are only a couple of minutes walk.

Outdoor furniture includes sun loungers, Daybed, relaxing area with sofa chairs and coffee table and alfresco dining table and chairs.
