About Bridget

We are very proud of our holiday home which is used by us when vacant throughout the season. We have enjoyed many holidays on the Costa Del Sol but after visiting Nerja we decided this was where we would like to buy. Our apartment has everything you would need to enable you to just take hand luggage to cut down on airline costs, hairdryers, irons, towels etc. Beach towels provided upon request.

Why Bridget chose Axarquia (Costa del Sol)

We always wanted a place in the sun and close to the sea. We looked all over the Costa del Sol and chose Nerja as it represented an ideal balance between holiday facilities, a traditional Spanish town and a cosmopolitan atmosphere. We are within easy walking distance to the beach which has many bars and restaurants, also it is an easy walk into the old town with an extensive choice of bars and restaurants or just traditional spanish streets to stroll around.

What makes this apartment unique

Our property has air-conditioning, which is included in the price. It is convenient for getting around whether you have a car or not, we have an underground car parking space. Although there is plenty to do in Nerja our property is situated on a very quiet complex and is suitable to all ages.

Wonderful apartment, fantastic location.

We had a wonderful week at this apartment which was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. We hired a car and the drive from the airport is very easy, and it was very straightforward finding the apartment. There is an underground car park with a designated space (very handy) and a swimming pool. The apartments terrace overlooks the swimming pool and the whole garden area is immaculate and clean. The apartment has everything you need for eating in, including a barbecue, but there are so many restaurants nearby that eating out was easy. The location couldn't be better, literally minutes from the seafront with all the bars and restaurants. We walked into the main town and enjoyed eating in the tapas bars, and drinking coffee in the main square which was buzzing with people shopping and enjoying the sunshine.

The communication with the owners was excellent and we had a fantastic stay....we will definitely return!!

Excellent location- very spacious and well equipped

Really like the area having been in September- the apartment was very spacious- nice balcony and shared pool/ garden- very handy for Burriana beach- had everything you would need- towels/ kitchen utensils etc. Definitely recommend and hope to return

The property was very nice and had all that we would require.

When we booked I don't think we realised the hills to be climbed between the apartment and the town. Unfortunately, two of our number found this too much and we had to take taxis.

Bridget the owner, made sure we got there safely and we had contact numbers.

Most of our activity and restaurants were in the town of Nerja.

We plan to return to Nerja next year but hope to find somewhere on the flatter side of the town.

We'be stayed in a few villas and apartments over the years - none as clean and well appointed as this one. The apartment is 2 minutes from the beach and a short distance from the centre of Nerja. Highly recommended.

Spacious Apartment within walking distance of Beach and Town!

This is a wonderful 2-level (3 bed, 2 full bath) apartment in a very convenient location to both the beach and town of Nerja! The apartment is clean and well maintained as is the community swimming pool. Bridget and the property manager, John, were both very responsive to any emails or phone calls we had. The property is as described - it is spacious and has a wonderful terrace off the living room and also a little balcony (with table and chairs) off of the master bedroom.

My family LOVED Nerja and can't wait to return! The walk to the beach is ~5 minutes (with a 6 and 9 year old) and the beach is convenient with many restaurants, souvenir shops, a supermarket and much more (e.g. candy stands and heladerias)! The beach has everything a family would want - nice sand, boats (with slides) for rent, beach chairs for rent, etc.

We also loved the town in Nerja and it also is just a short walk (~10 min) from Bridget's apartment. We walked into town often with our kids to eat dinner, shop or just go out in the evening.

I would highly recommend this property!
