About The Owner

We are coming to St.Tropez sinds 1978

We are Dutch / American and live in Amsterdam.

After all this years, we still enjoy to come to St.Tropez as mach as possible to enjoy the nature and the great beaches and to relax at our nice house with the family and friends.

If this is your first time to Saint Tropez, I am happy to help you to plan a great holiday.

Why The Owner chose St-Tropez

We have been coming to St.Tropez for more than 30 years. We love the nature of the peninsula, the early season is lovely and quite. Also the buzz in the summer, party's and friends in the high season.

The peninsula has a great energy and light, if you get to know St.tropez better you will notice this.

The house is high standard new decorated with a very nice view on the nature, not overlooked by any other property, all day sun.

You want to be very close to the village, to enjoy all. The house is close to the Place des Lices and on the road going to the Beaches of Pampelone, with not mach traffic in the high season, because you can avoid the trafic, as you will drive the inside roads over the hill.

What makes this house unique

The house has easy access with garage. The house is large, has room to relax, enjoy company, cooking in the nice open kitchen and outside B.B.Q.

Also great sunbathing. The house is located south.

Separate large laundry.

Notes on accommodation: The townhouse is faced south - all day sun. On the lower level has a patio of 65m2 overlooking the beautiful nature and a seperate laundry area and a one car garage. Also easy parking outside the gate. Outside: The townhouse has one large terrace overlooking the countryside with bbq area. One terrace attached on the lower level and one terrace attached to master bedroom, also one terrace attached to the upper bedroom. Utility Room: Separate laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer, iron facility and extra large fridge. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The bed linens and towels are included. Maid service is on request. Other: The three bedrooms are all high standard decorated in provenciale style. The master bedroom has a large walkin closet. All bedrooms have flatscreen tv and are all airconditioned. The house has 5 flatscreen tvs in total.

Amazing Time In St.Tropez In A Great Townhouse!

We have a great time in this townhouse. On arrival it was good to find . The house is in a good location. Within 5 min walk you are on the beach and 7 min walk in the village. The house is large / clean / well maintained.

We will be happy to come back next year.

Irresponsible owner!

The irresponsible owner accepted our payment for a booking (HA-ZFXPY8) and three days before scheduled arrival she told us the reservation had to be canceled because there was a double booking via a different site and she was very sorry...

Our payment was accepted and, even if it seems a refund was issued, the refund would take DAYS to reach the card account, so we were not able to use the credit card to book any other property.

Our week long holiday program got completely sabotaged.

Other potential future guests should be made aware of the risk they would incur dealing with this person.

Owner's Response: Roberto has made information on the house only one week before arrival day, he waited for 3 day's and then booked my house 4 day's before arrival day. As he did not confirmed / booked the house in 3 day's there came in a booking on Airbnb the same day (one hour before) as Roberto confirmed finaly. I have let him know directly - same day - I could not deliver because of dubbel booking and cancelled his booking with Ownersdirect. So Roberto got the rent returned to his credit card next day. Yes, it take a fiew day's to have the money back on the account. Roberto was traveling with 3 coupels. Roberto should not have waited till 4 day's before arrival to make a rental booking. The booking and cancelation took one day. I have informed him directly there was a problem of dubbel booking. He had same options on the website's as before, one day later. I understand Roberto is upset. My house did get cancelled by a tenant one week before, So I have put the house back on the site and 2 clients respond at the same time. In this case Roberto took 3 day's to think, before to confirm. The week in my house is rented again and the tenant that had to make the cancelation got back his rent. I am not an irresponsable owner, I got a last minute - dubbel booking 4 day's before arrival day and tryed my best to solve the problem. By sending Roberto the info of 8 other options in the area. This has never happend before, I have recieved always very good reviews of my guests on all site's. I will keep doing my very best to be a good host and have my great house in perfect shape for the tenants. Please read the reviews and please I hope you understand I got into a situation that was not nice for Roberto and for me. I hope you will be my next tenant, you will have a great time in my house. Perfect Location

We stayed at the Simmons St Tropez house during July 2013.

The house is perfectly located on the road between the town of St Tropez (2 min drive) and the beaches where Club 55 is located (5 min drive).

There were 5 adults using the 3 bedrooms in the house and there was enough space for us all not to feel crowded. En-suites to all bedrooms, full kitchen and a lovely balcony to gather on to sip wine and discuss our adventures that day.

The house was absolutely spotlessly clean with fresh crisp linen.

We were lucky enough to have the lovely owner Sylviane staying in town and we were often surprised with fresh croissants from the nearby bakery in the morning. Sylviane went those extra steps to make us feel so welcome and nothing was ever a problem, her advice was much appreciated. Sylviane even took us for a drive around town to show us the sights and to where the locals go. The markets in the middle of town are a must see!

We loved our stay so much that we cut our trip in Spain by a few days and returned to the Simmons house, it was like returning home.

Great memories to a perfect holiday in glamorous St Tropez!

St. Tropez in Style

We stayed at Simmons house on our first trip to St. Tropez during Les Voiles de St. Tropez 2013. Sylviane was a great help to us even before we arrived. She was quick to respond to emails and helped us with any queries we had to plan our stay.

The house itself is really beautiful with fantastic decor - everything is finished to a very high standard. Our en-suite bedroom was lovely and big with plenty of storage space and a private terrace. The house location is great - 3 mins drive from the village and 5 mins drive from the beaches. The house is easy to find on Route De Plage and has a nice bakery and tennis club nearby and a really nice Pizza restaurant too.

Sylviane went above and beyond during our stay and gave us a tour of St. Tropez village and of course the beaches as it was our first trip to St. Tropez. She helped us with reservations and even introduced to people she knew around town.

We would recommend Simmons house for a long or short stay no problem and will stay in the house again.

When you find quickley the places to go, you can full enjoy your time in St.tropez as you both did. I hope to see you back some day. I think people should have a car when they come to St.Tropez, as the distance from the village to the beaches is just a bit far to walk and this is what you do every day. To the beach and in the evening in the village. Remember: I adviced you to rent a car in Nice. There is a local small bus that goes around eveny hour, but it is more easy to be free to go around also to the villages and winery's around St.Tropez, with your car. The nearest private beach is at 5 minutes walk from the house. The beaches on Pampelone, such as Thaiti, Club 55, Key West etc. can be reached within 1.5 km (5 min drive)


Saint Tropez, an exclusive peninsula on the Provencal coast, is easily accessible with all transport. 68km north-east from Toulon, 83km south-west from Cannes, 112 km south-west from Nice. Access: railway station "St-Raphael" 38km. Bus service. Ramatuelle 12km. For arrivals by plane: airport Toulon-Hyeres (TLN) 55km, Nice (NCE) 98km, Marseille (MRS) 146km. In summer, this small fishing harbour transforms into a magnificent yachting harbour with beautiful yachts from all over the world.


A 10 minutes walk to the famous Places des Lices and a 5 minutes walk to nearest private beach.

Further Details:

Daily food shopping within 2 minutes walk. 10 minutes walk to the Places de Lices will take you to many well known fashion boutiques. On Tuesdays and Saturdays there is a large market in this square, offering a wide range of local fresh food, flowers, local artifacts, designer clothes, antiques etc. In the evenings there is a rich choice of entertainment and nightlife in the bars, restaurants and nightclubs close by. For detailed local information of any kind, visit the Tourist Office next to the fish market in Place aux Herbes.
