This beautiful fully air conditioned luxury apartment situated in the Sirena Cypria complex in Kato Paphos. Within easy walking distance from all amenities and attractions, restaurants, supermarkets, water sports, harbour trips, museums, bars and night life. The beach and harbour is just a 10-15 minute walk away. There are several local supermarkets, bars and restaurants within a few minutes of the apartment and there are excellent bus links to all surrounding areas including the popular beach at Coral bay. With everything you require here, this makes for an ideal holiday location. *Please note: Strictly No Smoking inside the apartment. There are 2 ashtrays in the apartment for you to use on the balcony only.

From the Owner

After holidaying here in Paphos during 2010 and enjoying the picturesque harbour, good food and shops with all the facilities and amenities and meeting so many friendly people, I just knew this was the ideal place for a holiday home. The location is ideal, nice and quiet but still just 10 minutes walk to the bustle of "Bar Street" area Harbour and the busy shopping areas.

Activity and Interests

Special interest holidays:

Paphos is an ideal destination to suit everyone of all ages. There is just about everything here in Paphos itself or its surrounding area. There is plenty to do here to suit all interests and tastes. There is an information file at the apartment which gives more detailed information and tourist brochures to help you plan your days.

Coast/Beach:

The harbour and beach is just a 15 minute walk from the apartment. There are boat trips, water sports, firework displays and several restaurants and bars to choose from. The popular Coral Bay resort is approx. 20 minutes away and is easily reachable by car, bus or taxi. The bus option is very reliable and costs just 1 Euro per person each way.

Travel:

Paphos airport is about 15 minutes drive from the apartment. There are plenty of taxis at the airport but I can arrange an uplift via “Panicos” who is very reliable and charges 25-30 Euros each way. Car hire is also available at the airport or I can provide contact details of a car hire firm close to the apartment. Generally car hire is not necessary as most of what you need is within easy walking distance from the apartment but it does provide the chance to tour further if required.

Distances:

Limassol is an hour away and smaller picturesque villages such as Polis and Omadhus are similar distances. There are several historical sites close by including the Tomb of the Kings site only 5 minutes north of Paphos. Other attractions such as go karts, water parks, mini golf, ten pin bowling, are all within 5 – 10 minutes on the bus.

Further Details:

A small supermarket is located just 200 metres from the apartment. It opens early in the morning and is open until late in the evening. There is a good range of products including food and drink, newspapers and magazines, wine and spirits, gifts and sweets etc. Larger supermarkets are within 10 minutes walk and provide just about everything you need. “pambi’s” restaurant is 200 metres from the apartment and offers a very wide selection of food and drink to suit all tastes and offers excellent value for money. Paphos “old town” is just over a half hour walk from the apartment, offering larger shops like m & s, next etc. There are numerous restaurants and bars and there is also an indoor market. There are plenty of banks and atm’s, currency exchange outlets, internet cafe’s, hospitals and chemists, and health/fitness/beauty centres locally within Paphos.

Booking Notes:
A non returnable deposit of £100 is payable when making booking. I also require a returnable £100 key and inventory deposit which will be returned immediately when the keys have been returned to me and the cleaner has checked the apartment after your stay. The balance payment of your stay must be paid in full at least six weeks prior to your holiday. Shorter stays may be available, please call for availability.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days can be flexible. If your flight times are later in the day then late departure from the apartment may be acceptable at the owners discretion.

Notes on prices:

The key benefits of this apartment are the location, facilities and of course the weather! Everything you need is within easy walking distance from the apartment. Also the apartment is on a quiet complex far enough away from the busy areas and nightclubs etc. All facilities such as supermarkets and restaurants etc. are all just minutes away with many entertainment centres for all ages within easy reach. Any trip on the bus costs just 2 Euro per person all day! The weather in Paphos is superb offering over 300 days of sunshine each year! With access to the shared pool, free sunbeds and showers, spending some of your time lazing around the pool is a must.

Notes:

  • Notes on accommodation: The air conditioning units provide cool air in the summer and warm air in the colder months. I do not charge for the air conditioning like some apartments do but I do ask guests to be sensible and considerate and to turn it off when not in the apartment. The air conditioning units are regularly serviced and work very quickly so there is no need to leave them switched on all day. The apartment is suitable for all ages and anything else that you may require can easily be arranged at the guest’s expense. *Please note: Strictly No Smoking inside the apartment. There are 2 ashtrays in the apartment for you to use on the balcony only. Outside: There is a large balcony with table and seating. A parasol is available for shade when needed. The balcony overlooks the attractive pool area with bushes and palm trees set around the spacious terrace. There are sun beds and showers around the pool for your use free of charge. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Bath towels, hand towels and tea towels are provided. All bed linen will be cleaned prior to your arrival. For guests staying more than one week, extra towels and linen will be provided. Other: There is a large balcony overlooking the pool with table, ample comfortable cushioned seating and a large parasol. Access via lounge and main bedroom.
