The Anchorage Holiday Apartments are ideal for the self catering holiday. Situated within easy reach of Porth beach on Cornwall's stunning North coast. The beach is child friendly with rock pools and stream. Porth is within easy walking distance of Newquay town centre, surfing beaches, Newquay Zoo and the beautiful Trenance Gardens. The apartments make an ideal base for touring Cornwall. Watergate bay is nearby where Jamie Oliver's fifteen is situated. Rick Stein's famous Seafood Restaurant and Bistro in Padstow and the Eden Project in St Austell and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are all within easy reach. There are numerous golf courses in the area too.

This is a maisonette. Downstairs is an openplan kitchen/diner/lounge with large double glazed patio doors which lead to patio and garden.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with a twin bed.
The bathroom has an electric shower.
The lounge has 37inch television with freesat and DVD player.
The kitchen has a cooker, microwave and fridge with small icebox.

As a family of four adults, we absolutely loved our lodge apartment. We were made very welcome on our arrival, even though we had arrived a little early! Very much appreciated courtesy amenities; tea,coffee,milk and selection of biscuits. We spent a week in our apartment, with no issues whatsoever. Our apartment was very clean, lovely comfortable beds, and bed settee. Our lodge had bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, which was a bonus, as i thought everything was all on one floor. A small patio to the front, which was lovely and a garage as well. Only a short walk to the beach, literally just down the road, which was great, as spent many an evening there (free parking on the beach on an evening). Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Property was in a great location within easy reach of 2 lovely beaches (lusty glaze and porth).
Really nice property, everything we could have wished for. Comfortable and clean, in a perfect location seconds from the beach. Newquay has so many beautiful sights to see and this location is perfect for exploring them all. I hope to come back and stay again soon.
I have just come back from a week at the Lodge in The Anchorage in Newquay what a great place very comfortable, clean, everything you want in there comfortable beds and made up on arrival for us.

plenty of parking no need to take car to beach
we were my 2 grandchildren my son my husband and myself plenty of room and we all enjoyed it near Porth beach, quite easily to walk into Newquay town bus stop close if you want, and we will be looking to book next year cant wait.
what a great week
we all had a fantastic stay at the anchorage. the accommodation was lovely, clean and very spacious .so much room and comfortable beds and sofas in lounge . loved location porth beach 5 mins walk away. walking to newquay very easy only took 20 mins . ideal location with added benefit of locking garage .very handy to pack car ready for early start home .i would recommend this holiday home very highly. hope to stay again. owner was only phone call away and very friendly and helpful.can not recommend enough.enjoy your stay in a great location with shops only a 5 min walk away.

Activity and Interests
Porth beach is less than 5 minutes stroll away from the apartments. The coast path can also be accessed from the beach with beautiful walks to Watergate bay or around to Newquay headland and Fistral beach.
Newquay airport is less than 5 miles away. Newquay railway and bus stations are less than 2 miles away.
Newquay town centre is 1 1/2 miles from the apartments. There is a pub and cafe on the beach. The supermarkets are a short drive away.
Porth is an idea location.
