Our luxury, well maintained 1st' floor (lift access) apartment, which sleeps 4 is located in a private gated complex, with communal pool & private parking, Satellite TV, baby cot located in the peaceful village of Pyla. Only 25 minutes from Larnaca Airport. Lots of Restaurants & Bars within easy reach (a couple in 5 mins walking distance), with lots more only 5 mins drive. Plus the attractions of Larnaca & Aya Napa only 15 & 25 minutes drive respectively. An excellant base for touring southern Cyprus.

"...I just want to drop a few lines to say thank you for letting us stay in your apartment in Pyla Palms. We had a lovely relaxing holiday there.



The apartment itself was beautifully furnished in a lovely modern style and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. We found the complex quiet, which is what we wanted but Pyla is only 5 minutes in the car and had plenty of nice restaurants and bars to choose from.



I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending your apartment to anyone.

Had a wonderful week at the apartment everything was clean and the apartment is well equipped, so peaceful yet central to some fantastic beaches and restaurants a hire car is a must to travel the beautiful island although we did catch the local bus as well,only downside I wish we had booked for 2weeks.Will definitely be back.

convenient location

The location was perfect for us as we needed daily access to Larnica or Nicosia. Out of season still people about to chat to and shops restaurants etc open.

Had a problem with the bed as too short with a foot board for my 6ft 3 husband but thats not uncommon and would not prevent us from booking again

Coast/Beach:

Pyla Beach is 5 mins by car.

Travel:

Larnaca Airport is 20 mins by car. Pathos Airport is 1.5 hours by car. A car is recommended, tho' the area is well served by taxi firms & a bus service operates from Larnaca.

Distances:

Pyla Village - 5 mins walk, Dhekelia Rd (Beach & lots of bars / restaurants) - 5 mins by car, Larnaka Old Town 15 mins by car, Aya Napa 25 mins by car.

Oreklini Village - 5 mins by car (neighbouring village with good traditional tavernas).

Further Details:

A couple of small supermarkets in Pyla (one adjacent to complex), larger shops on Dhekelia road and Larnaca (including a Carrefour store)

A couiple of bars / restaurants in walking distance. Lots of good restaurants (including traditional Cypriot, Persian, French, Japanese, Indian, Chinese, Mexican to name but a few) on Dhekelia Rd, Larnaka, Oreklini & Aya Nappa. Atm's on Dhekelia Rd & Larnaca.

We require the remainder of your rental, plus £100 damage waiver (refundable if no damage or electricity usage not exceeded) eight weeks before the commencement of your stay. In the event that you cancel your booking less than 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday, you will forfeit 100% of the rental cost.

Deposit of £50 usually secures. Balance due one month prior to booking. Accept payments by bank transfer (preferred) or PayPal.
