A 3 bedroom detached bungalow with pool situated situated in a quiet residential street. All bedrooms and lounge/diner have wall mounted air-con units.

There are 2 double bedrooms ( 1 en-suite ) and a single bedroom next to family shower room also a washing machine is in this room for your use

Also there is fully fitted kitchen containing oven hob dishwasher and microwave.

In the lounge diner the television receives Sky including the 5 main UK channels

Near to the airport about 5 minutes drive ( taxi can be arranged ) Also within walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants etc

Nearest Airport : Murcia at 2 Miles Nearest Golf : Several courses near the town at 2 Miles Nearest Motorway : Main motorway passes town at 1 Miles Nearest Restaurant : Many within walking distance at 1 Miles Nearest Beach : Los Alcazres at 1 Miles


Los Alcazares is on the edge of Mar Menor a large salt water lagoon, here the water temperature is always above the average All beaches are "Blue Flag" and have lifeguards on duty during the main holiday season. It is very safe for children and all sorts of water sports are available including wind and kite surfing.


The nearest airport is Murcia ( San Javier ) which is only 10 minutes drive away. There are daily flights from all over the UK. Airline flying in include Easy Jet Ryan Air Jet 2 and many more. Alicante airport is 40 minutes drive along the motorway Car hire is not essential but highly recommended if you wish to see this beautiful part of Spain. A wide choice of car hire companies are based at both airports and hire can easily be arranged via the internet.


The nearest town is Los Alcazares with is about 1 mile away. The historic ancient port of Cartagena is approx 20 minutes drive away here there are many places of interest to visit including the Roman Theatre. A tourist boat also makes trips around the harbour with commentary in various languages including English. There are also 2 Aqua Parks in the Torrevieja area which is about 30 minutes drive away.

Outside: The garden is planted with palms shrubs and trees with a patio 7 x 3 metre swimming pool. There is a large sun umbrella and table with benches. Also various sun loungers, garden chairs, tables and smaller sun umbrellas. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen supplied property is completely cleaned at the end of each rental period. Beach towels not supplied.
