Just a short short (5 mins) to all the resorts amenities. The 2nd floor apartment has the luxury of a shared pool, good size balcony and private roof terrace with built in BBQ and sunloungers. Sleeping 5, accommodation comprises one double, one twin and one single bedroom, two bathrooms, living & dining area, kitchen and utility room. Cala San Vicente is one of the prettiest coastal resorts on the island, 5km drive from Port de Pollenca and old town Pollenca, and approx 45 mins drive from the airport. Ideal for both couples and families looking for a quiet & relaxing area close to the resort and beach.
About the Owner
We have been holidaying in Mallorca for over fifteen years and are still in love with the Cala San Vicente area, location of the apartment, and sheer tranquility of the surroundings, and have spent many wonderful family holidays there.

There are numerous activities available to you around this area, including trekking/hiking, climbing, rock scrambling, bird watching, swimming, scuba diving, snorkeling, paragliding, helicopter tours, mountain biking, kayaking/canoeing. All these are possible in the north of Mallorca, in or around Pollenca, Alcudia and Cala San Vicente.
The beaches within the area are amongst the finest on the island. They range from the exclusive, secluded beaches of Formentor, with its nature reserve, to the charming coves of Cala San Vicente (four in total). The stunning sandy beaches and marinas of Port de Pollenca and Alcudia are in close proximity.
The apartment is approximately 45 minutes drive from Palma Airport.
The apartment is within walking distance to the resort, beach, restaurants, bars and shops - less than a 5 minute stroll.

Prices are based on 1-5 persons (no more than 4 adults, child classified as up to 12 years old). Minimum rental period of 7 nights in high season (July & August), shorter breads available outside high season. 20% deposit required at time of booking, with balance due 60 days prior to date of departure. A £100 refundable deposit is required against breakages payable with balance.
Saturday is preferred change over day, however, this can be flexible. Check-in any time after 15.00hrs on arrival, and check-out is 10.00hrs on day of departure.

The apartment is located on the second floor of the apartment block, connected by a covered staircase accessed from the rear of the swimming pool or underground car park. Underground parking is available for one car. Outside: Apartment has use of shared private swimming pool measuring 8m x 5m. Outdoor table and chairs provided on both private balcony and roof terrace, together with sun loungers and built-in bbq on roof terrace. Utility Room: Washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: A maid service is provided within the price, which includes linen and towels. Please note beach towels are not included. A weekly clean and linen/towel change is provided for rentals of 2 weeks or more. Welcome food pack available on request.
