The apartment is located on the popular Roda Golf and Beach Resort 10 mins drive from San Javier airport. It is a duplex apartment with a bedroom and bathroom with bath and overhead shower on the ground floor. There is a lounge with double sofa bed and dining area. Also fully fitted separate kitchen. The lounge terrace with comfortable outdoor seating overlooks the communal pool. Facilities include TV and DVD player WiFi, air conditioning and central heating if needed.
The second bedroom is upstairs with 2nd bathroom with separate shower. Access to the roof terrace to outdoor fitted kitchen with Fitted gas BBQ. The roof terrace also has dining table and chairs and sun loungers. The views of the golf course and lemon trees either side of the apartment are beautiful.
Stored in the underground garage are 4 bikes and 2 sets of golf clubs for use by guests.
The resort is 10 mins drive to many restaurants and bars and the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor.
The rental price includes cleaning fee for 2 people but additional charge will apply depending on total number of guests.
We ask for £150 refundable security fee for any damage or breakage during guests stay.

We originally visited Roda Golf and Beach Resort 9 years ago when only phase 1 had been built. We have loved it more each time we visit. The Golf Course and Club House are very special and we enjoy riding our bikes to the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. There are many bars and restaurants to choose from only 10mins drive away. We fly from Liverpool airport 10mins from our home and arrive in Murcia (San Javier) airport which is 10mins from our apartment. Therefore we are often able to spend long weekends there.
What makes this apartment unique
Our apartment is tastefully and comfortably furnished. The added outside fitted kitchen with integral gas BBQ, sink and fridge on the solarium completes the apartment and allows our guests to enjoy outside cooking and dining in luxury.

Our third stay at this apartment. Extremely comfortable beds, excellent quality bed linen and towels. Kitchen is very well supplied. We enjoyed the two outside areas at different times of day. The roof terrace with outdoor kitchen and barbeque is such a bonus. This is definitely a superior Roda property and highly recommended.

This was our 7th stay at Road. This was the best. The facilities, equipment, everything supplied in the apartment made it feel like the standards we enjoy at home. The bonus being the bikes and golf clubs to use. The location and design of the apartment is ideal, far superior to the even the penthouse apartments we have stayed in in phase 3. Perfect for families, golfers and non-golfers alike.
Lovely property in great secure setting
Good sized property for a family of 4. We stayed for 2 weeks and found it good if you just wanted a day by the pool, or equally well located to venture out to other places / beaches if you wanted a change of scenery. The complex has a useful pool area for the kids, as well as small play areas around the edge of the complex. There's a great BBQ area on the patio / roof, which also provide ample areas for dining out, or sunbathing during the day with patio / dining furniture provided for up to 6 people.
There is additional furniture, inflatables, bikes etc in the store room should you need them.
This is a very comfortable apartment with several functional areas. Large lounge/dining area with sunny balcony (accessed from lounge or bedroom). Upstairs roof terrace is outstanding with outdoor kitchen/bbq (gas bbq, fridge, sink and seating area with lovely views). This leads to a large roof to a large roof terrace with sun loungers and large dining table and chairs. Bedrooms are large and airy with excellent views of the golf course and beyond. In our opinion this is one of the best apartments on Roda situated within the very well kept and quiet phase 4.
Lovely spacious apartment
We have now stayed in this apartment at least four times. We have looked at many apartments in Roda but have never found one as spacious as this one. We have two daughters age 9 and 12 who love having the wifi and the extra space to move around. We can be relaxing on the fabulous sun terrace while the girls "game"downstairs. We have also used the BBQ on many occasions which gives us a good reason to eat in now and again. The pool is quiet and very well maintained. There are quite a few residents around which you do have to be respectful of. The only thing we feel the apartment lacks are portable sun loungers which can be used at the beach and also by the pool.
On the few occasions we have encountered problems whilst staying there, we have found the owners have been very helpful and easy to get hold of.
Positives: bikes, dishwasher, utility area for storage, white bedding, wifi, BBQ, sun terrace as well as balcony, parking and the space!
Beautiful & Relaxing apartment
We have stayed at this apartment twice in 2013 & 2014 & look forward to staying there in June 2015. The apartment is very clean & very well maintained, the bedrooms are airy with a lovely layout ,we particularly love the rooftop terrace which has a wonderful BBQ area & views over the golf course to one side & the lemon groves to the other. The evening sunsets are a spectacular view from there. The pool area & gardens are exceptionally clean & tidy.
We love playing golf at Roda & make full use of the extra golf clubs available at the apartment as well as the bikes. We always make full use of the driving range & on-site gym & enjoy a lovely meal or two in the lively clubhouse.
We have stayed at Roda many times & by far this is our favourite apartment.

Activity and Interests
The apartment is 10 mins drive to the beach at Los Alcazares or a 30min ride on the bikes provided. For a reasonable charge there is also the option to visit the beach club. The Beach Club has a bar and restaurant, pool changing rooms lounge area, private beach and sun loungers. The Beach Club overlooks the Mediterranean shores of La Manga.
San Javier airport in Murcia is 10 mins drive from the apartment. Alternatively Alicante is around 50 mins drive from the apartment. Car hire is recommended.
Los Alcazares is 10 mins drive or taxi ride from the apartment with its many bars, restaurants and shops. Murcia city 45mins away and Cartagena just 35 mins. Alacante 50 mins.
Roda has 18 hole golf course and driving range putting green, tennis and paddle tennis courts, 5 a side football pitch and basketball pitch. There are also many children play areas around the resort. A gym with many facilities has recently opened at Roda and there is a small supermarket on site. Local supermarket is 5 mins drive from the apartment

Changeover day flexible. Apartment may not be available until 3pm on day of arrival and need to be free by 10am on day of departure depending on arrival or departure of previous or next guests. 25% deposit of the rental price is requested to secure booking and final payment is requested 6 weeks before arrival.
