Peaceful elevated position, yet just 2 mins walk to local bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, bank and nightclub. 8 mins walk to Mercadona supermarket. 5 mins walk to the excellent Blue Flag La Mata beach, with its stunning boardwalk into La Mata Centre. The beach is noted for its cleanliness, water quality and safety. Torrevieja town is a 5 min drive and is home to the famous Aquopolis - one of the biggest water parks on the Costa Blanca. Torrevieja is also well known for its lively evening entertainment, as well as catering for many sports and water activities. Murcia airport is a 30 min drive, Alicante airport is a 35 min drive and there are three championship golf courses within a 15 min drive.

Perfect apartment for our needs, it had everything we wanted. Suggest a mirror in the bedroom would be a bonus. We would of liked a key to the surrounding gates as we had a pushchair. The lady who met us was very helpful, everything ran very smoothly. My brother lives locally and he will be recommending the apartment to other friends and family.
