Set in the picturesque hamlet of Cabasson, just a short walk to a spectacular beach sits this newly refurbished apartment. The hamlet of Cabasson consists of beautiful French properties surrounded by a wide selection of famous vineyards. A tree lined lane leads to a wonderful sandy beach, which over looks the famous Fort de Brégancon, the president’s summer retreat. The Ancient town of Bormes les Mimosas is 7km away, steeped in history and full of wonderful restaurants. Le Lavandou 8km away is a pretty seaside resort with it's fine sandy beaches and a busy harbour providing a great variety of water sports. Boat trips depart daily to the beautiful Porquerolles Islands. The fashionable resort of St Tropez is 35km away. The area has a vast amount of activities available, golf at the excellent Valcos golf course, just a 15 minutes drive away. Tennis in Bormes and Le Lavandou. Water sports on all the local beaches as well as an abundance of walking and cycle routes.

About Elizabeth Carver

We are a family of 5 consisting of three children age 17, 15, 13. We have owned a villa in Cabasson for 8 years and decided to purchase an additional property in the area, as we loved hamlet so much. The apartment has been a great success. We can now take all our family and friends with us on holiday.

Why Elizabeth Carver chose Hyeres region

We already own a villa in the hamlet. The area is protected by the government. So no new property has been built in the last 25 years. The area is totally unique, it hasn't been spoilt and has the most beautiful coast line. There is something for everyone. Le Lavandou the busy seaside town for the teenagers, Bormes Les Mimosas for the more mature holiday maker and the peace and tranquility of Cabasson.

What makes this apartment unique

Walking to the lovely beach. Great nearby restaurants. A wonderful local Golf Course. Great watersports.
