Luxury accommodation with delightful views

  • 5 of 5

We've recently returned from a lovely weeks stay at Heath Lodge. The photos do not do the property justice and the views are spectacular. The delicious welcome treats were a lovely gesture from the owners, Trish & John who are very lucky to live in the property next door.

Owner's Response: Thank you very much for your review. John and I appreciate it greatly when we receive such a praiseworthy review of Heath Lodge. We do indeed feel very lucky to live in such a wonderful position with uninterruped views over the bay and beyond. We constantly re-invest in Heath Lodge to enable our guests to have a lovely stay. 5* accommodation with 5* views

We had the most relaxing time and couldn't have asked for a more 'chilled out' experience. Your hospitality and friendly welcome was a breath of fresh air and exactly what we needed.

Brixham is a beautiful place and we enjoyed our days out but we particularly liked knowing we would be coming back to a place of peace and quiet in really beautiful surroundings.

All the little touches make Heath Lodge a very special place to stay; the homemade cake, the chilled bottle of wine, the lovely toiletries in the bathroom and the incredibly comfortable beds. It felt like we were visiting with family.

I would not hesitate to book again with you.

Best wishes

Stunning Property With Views Over The Harbour

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I chose to stay here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we were delighted that we did. This is a stunning house in immaculate condition which overlooks Brixham harbour. There are beautiful views from the whole house. The owners, Patricia and John, equalled the quality of the property with their friendly, helpful and generous nature. A gorgeous house in a lovely part of the world. We will be booking again and we recommend anyone wanting to stay in Brixham to do the same

Expectations Exceeded!

  • 5 of 5

We have been to Brixham many times as it is a favourite of ours, but we have now discovered a gem of a property. The views are spectacular and the property is fantastic - it is spotless. The property is 5 star standard throughout. We were greeted by John who gave us a tour of the property, we had cake, wine and milk on arrival which was very much appreciated after the drive and is a lovely touch. John and Trish the owners who live next door are wonderful, they are so thoughtful and kind and we feel we have made new friends. The view alone is worth every penny of this holiday. You will not want to dine out when you have that view from your dining table - we can honestly say, we have never eaten in so much whilst on holiday and who needs a television when you have these views (there is one provided) night time views are just as good. Everything you can ask for is at the property and we will definitely be returning soon. It takes you 10 minutes to walk to the harbour where there is a host of shops and lovely restaurants. Our son progressed from crabbing to fishing and he absolutely loves it. Berry Head which is one of our favourite walks is close by and cream teas at Berry Head Hotel with yet more wonderful views and watching the sun go down. We caught a ferry to Dartmouth and then another boat that cruised the River Dart - it was an excellent day trip which John recommended. We also caught the ferry to Torquay for a potter around and looked at the lovely yachts. Go ahead and book, you will not be disappointed and you will not want to stay anywhere else. We are back home and missing the views and sea breeze and seeing John, Trish and their lovely dogs.

I am so pleased that you enjoyed your stay and we really do hope we shall see you all again by which time your son will be a proficient fisherman { maybe not too many mackerel though } and will be teaching the others on the Breakwater! John and I send you our very best wishes and hope you enjoy the rest of your Summer xx
