4 bedroom villa in Elviria - close to golf courses, local amenities and the beach

The villa is located in a quiet residential road just off the Avenida de las Cumbres, Elviria.

Local shops, Green Life Golf and restaurants are within walking distance and the nearest sandy beach is a five- minute drive away.

Most of the accommodation is on the ground floor. The main communal area is a large living/dining area with a feature fireplace and high ceilings. The kitchen is open plan and there is a separate laundry room. The lounge dining area has satellite TV, an ipod docking system and air conditioning. Wi-fi is available.

The villa has two double bedrooms (with super kingsize beds) and two twin bedrooms. All have en- suites (three with showers, one with a bath), air conditioning and new, good quality beds. Three of the bedrooms are downstairs and the spacious double bedroom upstairs has beautiful sea views.

There is a covered patio along one side of the villa which a provides a shaded outside dining and sitting area. The kidney shaped pool is a good size with one end being fairly deep. The property has a gas BBQ and is surrounded by well-maintained gardens.

The villa is in a quiet residential area but is very close to all local amenities which include very good restaurants, golf courses, tennis courts and beaches. It is a very short drive to the main road which runs along the coast so there is easy access to Marbella and other locations. One particular reason for choosing the area was the proximity to the large, family- friendly, local beach.

The nearest sandy beachs, only a five minute drive from the villa, are well maintained and have several restaurants and bars located on them. In addition the long sandy beaches of Cabopino and La Cala are just a short drive away as is Funny Beach which has attractions for children.


Nearest Airport: Malaga 40 minute drive. Nearest Ferry Port: Malaga 45 minute drive. Car hire is strongly recommended.


The villa is within walking distance of a small shop and some local restaurants. Two large supermarkets, other shops and a larger choice of restaurants can be found in Elviria Center which is a five minute drive away. Marbella is a 15 minute drive and Puerto Banus 20 minutes away. Watersports are available in Cabopino and Fuengirola and for children water parks, amusements parks and cable ski are within a half hour drive from the villa. The villa is well located for exploring Ronda and Mijas.

Further Details:

For those looking for the high life Puerto Banus is only a 20 minute drive away however within Elviria there is plenty to do in the evenings.

The renowned Don Carlos Hotel has a excellent Piano Bar and for the more active there is Niki Beach. There are many excellent restaurants to tempt you most are listed in the informative Holiday Manual supplied in the villa.

The villa is maintained by a local Elviria based professional property management company which are always able to help when needed.

The property has a very spacious tranquil feel about it. Its location is ideal as it offers both a peaceful environment and a good base for all amenities in the Marbella area. The larger twin bedroom is in a separate part of the villa so is ideal for family guests. Having four en suite bathrooms is a great advantage to everyone.
