Well maintained with wi fi, 2 bedroom air-conditioned ground floor apartment with 2 sun patios. The apartment is 100yards from the solar heated pool a childrens' pool and play area. The plaza with shops, supermarket ,bars and restaurants is just 100 yards away. The apartment has large patios -ideal for BBQ's . It has 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge and there is a fully equipped kitchen and separate dining room with air conditioning throughout

About Martin Mogan

My family have owned this property for 10 years and other that time we have totally refurbished it. It a great place for sporting activities but also great for young families with plenty of children amenities...my children and grandchildren love going out to La manga.

My family all play golf and tennis so as an already developed complex of 20 plus years Lamanga was the perfect choice especially that it the only golf complex in Spain and i think in Europe that has has 3 golf courses on its complex.

What makes this apartment unique

The property is in a quiet area but an easy step to all the amenities there never seems to be any problems there and the security is excellent.There is full wi fi in the apartment

Coast/Beach:

A private beach on the complex is a 10 min drive by car or resort shuttle bus this cove is really beautiful and has an excellent restaurant overlooking it.

Travel:

Nearest airport is Murcia which is 20 min away. Alicante is 90 mins away car hire is not essential as there is a shuttle bus on the complex but car hire is recommended.

Distances:

Nearest village is 10 mins by car with a number of good restaurants the local fishing village is 20 mins away with fantastic seafood restaurants overlooking the bay. The inland sea - the Man Menor is 10 mins away with excellent shallow safe bathing.

Further Details:

There are many different types of bars and restaurants on the complex plus a spa and gym there are also 24 tennis courts and 2 squash courts and a bowling green banks and supermarkets are very close by.
